I made a huge order with lovely wholesale about 3 months ago. I recieved two of my items about two weeks after ordering. The rest of my clothes came while I was on vacation and had to be sent back. I have tried to retrieve the remainder of my clothes for about 2 months now. There isn't a live person to talk to, you can only submit a ticket. I am currently on my third ticket and my issue still isn't resolved. My last two tickets where closed out without me getting help. I wanted my clothes by summer break which is in 2 weeks. I was interested in buying more clothes as the two dresses I already have from then them are beautiful. If I submit a ticket it typically takes 1-2 days for a reply. I was told that they are waiting on the package to be returned to then but tracking shows that it was delivered to them on April 8th, it is now May 29th and I keep getting the run around. It is very frustrating because I spent a lot of money. I requested a refund and I was told to file a dispute with paypal. I gave two stars because the dresses I have are beautiful, I wish I had more. After reading all the negative comments after placing my order i was doing everything to cancel my order but glad it never went through. I ordered on 5/10 and received my items on 5/19. And they fit perfect.

I like all my dress but one the sleeves on a 2x was small but the dress fit everywhere else. Something are good and some are not wanting on my other orders let you if it come in a timeless fashion. And if it fit something need to order up and something need to order down. Check the size before ordering make sure of you size. But overall I like the site so far and everything I order in a 2x fit but one dress. Love your prices and most quitly of you cloth.

Hey I ordered 3 items on the 5/1/2019, I got my tracking number on 5/2/2019. Why isn't my item moving? I see its been Pending since the 2nd and my information has been sent to FEDEX already. When will it arrive?

I must say my previous review i had my order number incorrect.. I Just received my order and it only took 12days not bad at all. I must say i am pleased with the FIT.. My order took a long time to ship and be delivered. Nothing fit. The clothes were disproportionate. The fitting looked nothing like the pictures online. I am not pleased and will not be buying from this seller again.

It’s a little hard to navigate the website BUT, the response from customer service was quick; usually some companies take 2+ days to reply. Although, tracking the package can be difficult due to the origin where it is being shipped from. Contacting them via website/email has been helpful. I’m just waiting for my package to arrive now (-:
