I made a huge order with lovely wholesale about 3 months ago. I recieved two of my items about two weeks after ordering. The rest of my clothes came while I was on vacation and had to be sent back. I have tried to retrieve the remainder of my clothes for about 2 months now. There isn't a live person to talk to, you can only submit a ticket. I am currently on my third ticket and my issue still isn't resolved. My last two tickets where closed out without me getting help. I wanted my clothes by summer break which is in 2 weeks. I was interested in buying more clothes as the two dresses I already have from then them are beautiful. If I submit a ticket it typically takes 1-2 days for a reply. I was told that they are waiting on the package to be returned to then but tracking shows that it was delivered to them on April 8th, it is now May 29th and I keep getting the run around. It is very frustrating because I spent a lot of money. I requested a refund and I was told to file a dispute with paypal. I gave two stars because the dresses I have are beautiful, I wish I had more. The customer service is very poor, and having a live person to talk to will help out tremendously. Still waiting on my clothes.. Zoe Walker Durham, NC Order number: R2019030921603
