This was my first time ordering and…

This was my first time ordering and things got a little hairy, there were a couple of mix-ups, first, my order just didn't get sent out, and they got misplaced, it was a larger order with about 15 items. The second mix-up was that when it did arrive I was missing three things. Now, normally I'd be done off to another store. But their customer service is 100% the BEST I have ever had to work with. No lies no beating around the bush. They acknowledged fault and corrected mistakes never doubting me or asking me to double-check. They were quick and kind. Stuff happens mistakes get made but even when I should have been worried I wasn't I was even then and am now confident that if something goes wrong they will fix it. Working on my second order now. There will be many more after this one too I'm sure.

Best site I’ve found and customer…

Best site I’ve found and customer service is very helpful! Most of my things I’ve bought are true to size! You just need to pay attention to other reviews and look at the model how they wear their clothes (too big/fit too snug!) after I started paying more attention my clothes came in the right size! They have super cute clothes, the prices are unbeatable, and the quality is amazing! I’m addicted! Constantly on this site! Can’t wait to buy more and switch my whole Wardrobe out with lovely wholesale clothes, shoes, and accessories!

Money saver with the best looks!!

Lovelywholesale is my go to for jogger sets and clothes for my 20 year old son. I introduced my mom and sister to the platform as well. They love it. The prices are great, the clothes are trendy and their customer service response is AWESOME. I learned to reach out to customer service if I need something canceled on my order before it ships and they fixed it. LW is the Sh@% 😍🥰. Oh yeah one more thing. The shipping is great. No long wait time to get your stuff and constant updates if there are any changes with your orders.

Lovely wholesale is an awesome website to use. They always have the cutest outfits and accessories that I need. unfortunately, I bought some shoes that didn’t fit and the return process was very easy and I thanked him for that. Thank you love yourself I will order again.

return order

I had a return order and LWS gave a my refund and also let me keep the product ,’ it doesn’t get any better than that . They also email you back in a timely manner and makes it easy to communicate. There will always be problems in the road but to make them right. Will always keep the customer satisfied
