This was my first time ordering and things got a little hairy, there were a couple of mix-ups, first, my order just didn't get sent out, and they got misplaced, it was a larger order with about 15 items. The second mix-up was that when it did arrive I was missing three things. Now, normally I'd be done off to another store. But their customer service is 100% the BEST I have ever had to work with. No lies no beating around the bush. They acknowledged fault and corrected mistakes never doubting me or asking me to double-check. They were quick and kind. Stuff happens mistakes get made but even when I should have been worried I wasn't I was even then and am now confident that if something goes wrong they will fix it. Working on my second order now. There will be many more after this one too I'm sure.
