Dont other, they give a false adress when you want to sent you product back and pretending that it never arrived, so that you do not get your money back. Quality of the hair is very bad, it is not as the picture.

If I could put no stars I would. I received the wrong order and it was even cheaper than the hair topper I had ordered and also the wrong colour. When I contacted them they said I should keep it as it would make me happy! Obviously I did not want to accept this wrong order but I was told I would have to pay for the return postage. After many emails they gave me the return address in China. On chasing them I was told the item had not been received so I sent them a copy of proof of delivery. They then told me I had sent the hair topper by Yodel to an address in Mitcham. I returned it to China by Royal Mail and they had previously been given copies of all the relevant information and tracking number. On threatening them that I would take further action they said they had passed it for a refund. Numerous emails later this refund has never been received. I even wrote to one of the shareholders on their website who was in the UK but it was returned to me. My order was placed on 23 July 2024 and I finally gave up my attempts for a refund in January 2025 as they had no intention whatsoever of refunding me for this wrong order.

The wig I ordered was the worst,nothing like the picture or description. IT WAS LAUGHABLE IVE SEEN BETTER WIGS ON DOLLS. LADIES SAVE YOUR $$. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD, ALOT OF BULLSHIT. Total scam….wig looks NOTHING like the video ad, not even same color. Like others, I have sent them pictures and been told it’s what I ordered. Bait and switch. I was told to send it back to China. No, not at my expense ! I’m currently working with my credit card company to get a credit….we’ll see. I recommend using PayPal to pay for these purchases from China….theyre great at returning your money!
Terrible, terrible, terrible.
We received 2 wigs yesterday. Both do not look anything like the pictures or video on their website. The wigs are poorly constructed and of poor quality. They look like something from a dollar store. I have emailed loveonm today demanding a return free of charge and a refund otherwise legal action will be taken. I will update on this matter. Update: September 5 2024. This is their ridiculous reply: Thank you for your order and support to us. I ordered a wig from them based on viewing a video the wig was human hair thick and parted on the side it was really lovely. What I got was something you would buy in a $2 shop for kids to play with. It was synthetic parted down the middle and completely unwearable. It was a piece of absolute rubbish not even worth $2. I asked for a refund ...they wanted to give me a 5%discount! I insisted on my money back. They asked for photo's..I sent them...they asked me to send it back before refund. They gave me an address..it cost me $20 to send it back. Then they wanted a tracking number which I sent them by photo shot of the postage receipt..so now they say that they can't track it I need a private tracking number...nope haven't got one ..I have sent you proof of postage and the tracking number...I can't do anything else. You are legally bound to give me my money back. Last reply...we cannot give you your money back because we can't track it!! I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to to write a review there should be some comeback on this total scammer.

Just received my hair topper, what a load of tripe, it’s supposed to be blonde, never seen blonde, the topper itself is so badly made, and what it is made up of doesn’t bare thinking about, my granddaughters doll has better hair. It’s about time this company ceased trading, it’s just a scam!!!!
This company is a TOTAL SCAM
This company is a TOTAL SCAM! The items I received are NOTHING like what I ordered! They are made of really cheap material and the colour is completely different! Not usable at all! Also, even though they sent the wrong items, they do not cover the shipping cost back to China, so it is simply not worth it to pay $50 for sending it back, so the customer is left with no way out and just loses money!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I bought 2 wigs back in November. I returned them to the company because they weren’t what I had ordered. I paid to send them back to China and now they say they haven’t received them. All I can recommend is don’t buy from this company!! It’s now almost May and still no refund.
Customer beware, they are dodgy
The customer service for this company is disgusting. I ordered 3 wigs, they were nothing like what was advertised, I paid for them to be returned. The company acknowledge receipt of my return and then changed their mind and said they didn't receive it. I went back and forth for months arguing about this. I would not order one thing from this company, they are a fraud.
What You See Is Lovely. What You Get Is Not!
First time customer. Excited to purchase a lovely platinum with a hint of black at the roots modeled by a caucasian woman. Got my wig and it's nothing like the video! Contacted company via email to advise "New customer. will not be repeat customer." Visited the site after receiving something out of a horror story and the site is marketing to african american women. So why'd they show it modeled by a caucasian woman? I've worn synthetic wigs for years. This product cannot be worn, does not resemble what's shown in their video and costs around $40. The synthetic hair is substandard as is the overall construction of the piece. It's a bait and switch! Writing here to warn others not to be taken in by what they see. I even paid extra for "thick like shown in the video." Do not buy from this company. They're somewhere in China. My mistake? I was so excited by the video I didn't research them beforehand. No. I don't want a refund. No. I don't want a replacement. I'm going to forget about them and I'm encouraging one and all wig lovers (like me) stay far, far away from this one. There are two companies I order from here in USA. One part of their marketing is for white women. The other is for black women. I've ordered from both sides of the company over the years and have been more than satisfied. I don't know why I deviated. Well, yes, I do. What they showed was a style that can be worn by anyone regardless of ethnicity. It's so super cute, medium length and affordable--or so I thought. Ok. Rant over. Expensive lesson for me. Never again with them.
