The quality of the imaging is brilliant. Unfortunately, a watermark was accidentally left on the downloaded final image. I used their messaging service to try and get this resolved, and ended up submitting a new photograph, as I was advised that an alternative might produce a better result. I was given 2 options to choose from, both of which were superb. I chose one, and within minutes I'd received the link to download it. Thanks to Loverse AI - this is a great gift idea - and thanks to Cheska for her time and trouble in getting my problem resolved. You only know how good a company is when you encounter a problem, and this company were very, very good 👍

Beautiful canvas and quality!
I was so impressed with the quality of the canvas and customer service from this company. There was a delay in delivery which was out of their control but rather due to a hold up by USPS. But when contacted, Loverse was quick to respond and very engaged in making things right. Thankfully all turned out well and the canvas arrived just a little over an hour before the 4th birthday party began for my granddaughter. She was so excited when she opened it and it was such a perfect gift that will keep on giving as she will be able to see it in her bedroom every day. Great quality and excellent customer service!
