Amazing Product and customer service.
Amazing. I say this with so much gratitude.
My grandson loves dinosaurs, so I placed an order with him riding one for his birthday. I obviously ordered the wrong size and the image didn’t fit properly. Upon advising customer service team, the product was upgraded to XL without any hesitation or extra cost to me and received today. From the moment I started communicating on the chat screen I was answered promptly and courteously and couldn’t be more happy with the end result of the whole process. Thank you so much, I am really chuffed and I know the little fella will be also. I will order again and advise all potential customers thinking of getting one not to put it off. I have purchased two of these prints mounted on canvas for my great grandkids. It’s like magic how real they look! They are absolutely beautiful as well. I bought the princess daisy portrait for my granddaughters 4th birthday. She absolutely loves it. Although there was a small issue with the pic loverse resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction. Looking forward to buying more as I have 16 grandchildren.

I accidentally uploaded the wrong photo so the print I ordered came to me with a watermark across it. I asked customer service about it and they immediately found the issue and had me upload the correct photo. They then sent me that corrected image all within a 24 hour period. Wonderful customer service.

Excellent service. Ordered 2 digital downloads and both had tiny imperfections that I had not noticed prior to purchase.
