Fit and finish was poor needed major bending and holes drilled
I i needed to bend a few pieces to get them to fit. And drill holes to get them to lineup that I was not expecting.

Your prices are steep but your quality is pretty good; I had 2 caps that wouldn’t fit this time so that’s a disappointment. Otherwise, yours are the ones I recommend to everyone who asks.

Great customer care
I was purchasing my 7th LPBIN and could not get my colour choice—John upgraded my shipping and gave me a free Groovemat. Totally unexpected, but so appreciated.

We love this!! It looks so nice and holds tons of albums.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, the team that assisted me were very diligent and reached out to UPS when there was a delivery issue. Even though it was out of their hands, they advocated for us and went the extra mile. The bin itself is exactly what we were seeking and fits perfectly in our space!
Best Vinyl Record Storage System on the Market
I have 3 Lpbins now. Great storage and easy access for your vinyl albums. I only have a couple small complaints about my order for my most recent purchase. 1. The Lpbin is shipped in 2 different packages (maybe from different locations?). The packages arrived about a week apart. 2. The first package with the frames arrived with some slight damage. One corner of the frame where the caster slides in had damage to the plastic grommet and it fell apart. I didn't notice this until I was too far into the assembly to stop. I'm not sure what the process is to resolve the issue but whatever it is (short of sending me a new Lpbin) would not be something I was willing to do. I did not want to disassemble the Lpbin and send anything back or even wait for a new grommet and remove all the vinyl to replace it so one caster has no plastic grommet on it. Other than that, this is a great record storage system and I will be ordering another one soon. Thanks!

Hi Doug, Thank you for the review! We ship both boxes from the same location and at the same time. UPS delivers them both at the same time, usually. sorry to hear they dropped the ball on your shipment. Regarding the grommet, we can send you a new plastic piece that will slide in, to replace the broken one. John
Great product at a fair price
Great product at a fair price, packaged well to avoid damage in transit.
Very very happy with my purchase
How nice to, in today's world, find an exquisite product made well, user friendly and have good support to back the product! We bought the LPbin 2 This is exactly what I found a year ago when looking for a record bookcase i.e. The help on the phone with suggestions, answers to ALL of my questions, with not being put on hold once so they could research an answer for me was all second to none and extremely rare these days. The price, yes, is on the high end but as the saying goes, "you get what you paid for" and I have zero regrets about shelling out that amount of money for a beautiful and well built piece of furniture like this. Thank you to everyone at LPBin, especially John. I could simply not have been more impressed and a year later, been happier with my decision to buy from you. (assembly was also easy, especially after I cracked that second Budweiser!
