The shipping over the world (Destination Germany) went very well and the replacement part works perfectly. E-mails were always responded to very quickly. Everything went really well and I would buy again at any time. Except for one thing: I was promised to deliver the right display cable with my order. However, after paying, I was told it was not available. I found that very dishonest.

I've been asked three times to review my purchase, however, you only just sent me a notice letting me know it's finally been sent. Finally sent, I might add, a full month after we purchased it. So My current review of its condition? I cannot see through it, I cannot use it for touch, it does not seal, It does not fit, It does not meet any of my needs because you guys failed to mail it until after a month had passed. Your screen did not arrive in one piece, It did not arrive in working order, and It did not meet my expectations for a working screen. The Screen is in the poorest condition possible. Non-existence.

I orded a screen and had some isseu but it got solfed

I orded a screen and it look like it was damaged sand some pictuers over and got a replay in aboute 16 hours. Thy asked me to check the screen it self as the damage is somtimes only in the screen protecting film. Tested and it works gread. The only thing is i ored a matt screen and did not get it . Othere wise it was 5 star

Fast Customer Service and Response

There was strong adhesive behind my laptop's screen bezel; removing the bezel pulled on the screen and damaged (the stock) screen. I ordered from LPScreen and had to wait about about a month before it arrived. I never made an account, but simply inquiring about the shipment and they sent me a tracking number. The item that arrived was of a similar model number, but would not work with my laptop. Contacting them again and after showing some images of the connectors between display and laptop being incompatible, they sent me the proper screen free of charge. It took about half the time to arrive the second time around. I was very pleased with their rapid response to inquiries and sending a replacement.

Repair Screen for MAC BOOK

The screen was easy to install. However, it would have been even better if there were installation instructions. The tool that came with it was unusable. It was too unwieldy and broke when unscrewing the screws.
