Very disappointing experience with Lucid Trading
Very disappointing experience with Lucid Trading’s support and compliance process. On Friday, August 28, I became eligible to request my first payout from my first funded account. However, when I tried to proceed through the Lucid website, I was instructed to contact Support. Support informed me that they were conducting a “routine review” of my trading activity before approving the payout. At the same time, my accounts were suspended until the review was completed. To my surprise, on Saturday I was then blocked from accessing the platform and asked to verify my identity again. I immediately completed the identity verification, even though I had already gone through this process previously. I did not receive a response until Sunday, when I was simply told that my accounts were still under review. It is now Monday, August 31, and the situation remains unresolved. I am still being told that my accounts are under review, while I am unable to trade my other funded account or purchase any new accounts. I find this extremely disappointing and disrespectful to a paying customer. Traders purchase these accounts and put significant time and effort into reaching the required payout conditions. Once that goal is achieved, being prevented from trading and accessing other services for several days because of what the company itself describes as a “routine review” is unacceptable. Compliance reviews are understandable, but the response time, lack of transparency, and the way this process has been handled are extremely poor. I will update this review once Lucid Trading resolves the situation and I can confirm how my payout and accounts were ultimately handled.
