The redeem process is slow
The redeem process is slow; however I won money from paying very little. They ask for documentation other sites don’t ask for but eventually will pay out. Overall positive, good games and customer service is responsive.
Will definitely keep playing :)

It's alright site to play on but I didn't realize it take 3 to 7 days to get verified/ that's just crazy , they should let you know that before you put your money on there site So i suggested anyone who is new to the site i would get verified first before putting money on there , Just in case you hit something 😉

Absolutely disgusted with customer service. Previously rated 5 stars, and am changing to 1. Wish I could give zero. I am elite tier (highest), and I won 400 free spins in a promotion. They gave me 4 spins, and after 4 days, 33 emails, I’m still only getting AI responses. They do not respect their players, or high vip tiered players. I’m so sick of dealing with them. Zero respect, trash company. Play MODO, spree, literally anyone but them.
spent 15 bucks, over the course of a couple days got it up to 3 grand. they wouldnt verify my bank account even though i am verified on all their sister sites

Redemption
I would thank you. It would have a faster service. This day and age for payouts, rose casinos, did I even had a couple that I can get within an hour. I love the games But the payout if it's going to take 10 days then it's not worth it.
Awesome customer service, quick delivery of funds. Great selection of games and providers to choose from.

Hi Marti,
We're so glad you had such a great experience with our customer service and quick delivery of funds! It's wonderful to hear you appreciate our selection of games and providers.
Absolutely amazing! Customer service is top notch! They respond so fast it blew my mind. Normally trying to get a response from any other platform is horrible and I don’t really expect to hear back. But here it was almost immediately! I recommend starting your verification as soon as you sign up so that way your winnings don’t have to wait through the week of the process.
