I cannot redeem in over a month after given the green light to redeem several times. I have correct banking information and redeem all of the time on zula casino, fortine wins and yay! Casinos which are sister sites so i would love to change this rating higher if I could just be able to cash out my winnings.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing this experience. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a delay in redeeming your winnings, especially after receiving approval to do so.
We would like to have this matter reviewed as quickly as possible. Please contact us at [email protected] with your account details and any correspondence you have received regarding your approved redemptions, so our team can investigate what is causing the delay and work toward a resolution.
We appreciate you letting us know about this, and we hope to help you redeem your winnings and turn this experience around.
One of the only honest and trustworthy sweeps websites. Support is actually helpful, and rewards are obtainable by free play.

Hi Sam,
We're so happy you find our website honest and trustworthy! It's wonderful to hear that our support team has been helpful and that you find our rewards obtainable through free play.
The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is because of the redemption process/speed. If it were faster & had more withdrawal options, I’d definitely give it 5 stars. Other than that, I love it.

Hi Savanah,
We're glad you love it! We appreciate your feedback regarding the redemption process and withdrawal options. We are always working to improve our services.
I enjoy playing slots on Luck Party Casino. The wins haven't been particularly enormous (most likely depends on bet amount along with game choice), but the verification process for redemption was fast and simple.
I do wish the free coins were at least a dollar per daily log in.
Overall I would and have recommended Luck Party Casino to friends.
