They have daily bonuses, lots of freebies or challenges on socials and quick redemptions
Hi Robert, We're so glad to hear you're enjoying the daily bonuses, freebies, and quick redemptions! It's wonderful to know that these aspects of our platform are appreciated. We strive to make your experience as rewarding as possible.
Just spun 100.00 dollars and not one of your games retrigger too a bonus, that diamond slam game I’ve been playing everyday for the past 2 weeks and all the diamonds do is load at the top and don’t break I spun 40.00 dollars on a dollar and nothing !!!!!!! I switch too another and spun 60 and nothing I’m done on this one and I’ll never recommend this site too no one It’s a scam
Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are sorry to hear about your recent frustration with the games you played. We understand how disappointing it can feel when a bonus feature does not trigger during an extended session, especially after consistently playing a specific game. Our games, along with those offered by our trusted partners, use audited algorithms that produce completely random outcomes on every spin. Bonus features and other outcomes are never guaranteed to appear within a set amount of spins or wager, as each spin is independent of the ones before it. We would like to take a closer look at your account and the sessions you described. Please contact us at [email protected] with your account details and the approximate times of these sessions so our team can review your gameplay history further. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and value the opportunity to address your concerns directly.
Seems to be a sister site of fortune coins/wins. The worst places to play.
Hi Nicholas, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We value all feedback from our players, as it helps us understand areas where we can improve. If there is a specific issue you experienced while playing on our site, please contact us at [email protected] with more details so our team can look into it and address your concerns directly. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
Being who their sister sites are, and how they love giving the run around or to hold your prize over your head while they take their sweet time doing God only knows, LUCK PARTY, was not only hassle free, they were BS free, and if i remember correctly they had some of the best welcome/signup bonuses I’ve ever seen. Not to mention (unlike some of their sisters) the verification process was quick and simple, they allowed me to verify long before my first redemption which was 100x more relaxing while playing. I only leave 4 stars because there’s room for improvement, specifically with their BS ARTIFICIAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and their turn around time could be faster, seeing as they get my deposit instantly I feel as though I should too. #BringTheHumansBack #StopCuttingCornersThatSupportYourWalls

The easy redemption process. I love the simplicity of the deposit process and the games win and lose ratio. I win more often on here than in an actual casino!
Hi Elizabeth, We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying the simplicity of our purchase process and finding success with our games! It's wonderful to know you're winning more often here. We appreciate your positive feedback!

Avid daily gamer here across dozens of socials. I generally do not leave reviews for positive experiences but luck party is consistent. The gameplay is fair, with none of the indicators of seed/nonce manipulation. The RtP is in an acceptable range, making gameplay enjoyable with variance and ups and downs. Id recommend luck party over most of the 5+ year established socials at this point, based on the current state of things in the social gaming sphere. If you know you understand 😉
Hi Joshua Garrity, We are truly delighted to hear such positive feedback from an experienced daily gamer like yourself! It's wonderful to know that our gameplay fairness, and overall enjoyable variance are appreciated. We are especially pleased that you would recommend us over established social games. Your insights are invaluable to us.
Amazing casino fast cash out to my account and great games and communication from the Luck Paty team.
Hi Patricia Barajas, We're so happy to hear you're enjoying our games and experiencing fast redemptions! It's wonderful to know our team's communication is appreciated.
Stay away do not play here. If i could give zero stars I would. This site is the worst in opportunity to win. I have played here multiple times, surrender over $500+ into this site and never won a dime In return. The system is rigged and will not award bonuses nor large wins. You might win a couples bucks here and ther but never enough to redeem especially when they have a minimum redemtion amount whichever you will never reaching. If you want to lose play here otherwise stay way. WORST SITE OUT THERE!!!!! STAY AWAY
Hi Dan, Thank you for your feedback. Our games, as well as those offered by our trusted partners, utilize advanced technology and sophisticated algorithms to ensure that every spin produces completely random outcomes. We understand that randomness means you may experience both winning and losing sessions during your gameplay, and there might be sessions where you win less than your expectations. However, we strive to create an enjoyable gaming experience for all our players. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and a member of our support team would be happy to assist with your concerns further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and helping us become better.
Wonderful customer service. Fast & have a great understanding.
Hi Brianna, We are so happy to hear that you had a wonderful customer service experience! We appreciate your kind words and are glad our team was fast and understanding.
I'm giving 2 stars because I did win over 140 bucks but it so far has taken 2 times to get verified at 3 to 7 days each in total 12 days just to start the. Redemption process then after finally getting verified it took a other 3 to 5days to verify the redemption amount now nearly 17 days later that's approved and now it says another 5 days before the money is supposed to be in my account and this is business days so in total it's been nearly a month and I still haven't actuly received any money I guess only time will tell if it really pays out it did in fact pay out and payed out multi times no deposits needed I cashed out over 300 bucks took a while but it got there
Hi Eric, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are glad to hear that you experienced a win. We understand how discouraging it can be to wait through multiple stages of verification and redemption processing, especially when the total time stretches close to a month. Our verification process can take time to review and authenticate, and additional steps are sometimes required to meet regulatory requirements and protect our players. We recognize that the timeline you described is longer than what most players experience, and we would like to look into your specific case. Please contact us at [email protected] with your account details so our team can review the status of your redemption and provide you with an updated timeline. We appreciate your patience throughout this process and want to ensure you receive your winnings as soon as possible. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Hi David, We are delighted to hear that our customer service team provided you with such an efficient, professional, and courteous experience. Your positive feedback is greatly appreciated!
I had some trouble getting my documents to go through when doing my KYC verification & their customer support team was attentive, responsive, and helpful! I had seen some awful reviews about redemptions on the site and I got nervous...I shouldn't have!!! My documents took a few days b/c I have a joint accpunt w/the hubs...but once verified I received an email thay I could proceed with redeeming my 600/sc win!! That was yesterday, and today I just received a verification that my redeem was approved and is processing!!! Woohoo!! Love Luck Party!!! My advice: don't believe the nay-sayers! There are always 2 sides to every story & you never know what really happened! I know what happened to me and that was a 600/sc win that I had no issues redeeming! Good luck guys! 10☆'s for Luck Party!
