DONT BUY ACCOUNTS OR ANY SERVICES FROM THEM- BOUGHT 2 ACCOUNTS OVERALL ABOUT 400$ ONE ACCOUNT GOT LOCKED - ANOTHER ACCOUNT RECOVERED - THEY DONT GIVE U EMAIL ACCESS, ALSO We offer lifetime warranty support on our OSRS acounts. Meaning that if you ever lose access to your account we always help you recovering it. THIS IS FAKE , THEY OFFER ME TO BUY ANOTHER ACCOUNT WITH DISCOUNT :) RUN FROM THESE GUYS THEY DONT HELP WTH RECOVERY AT ALL JUST PRETENDING , ACCOUNTS MADE ON RANDOM EMAIL AND U CANT EVEN CREATE IT. 400$ LOST AND OFFERED ONLY DISCOUNT FOR ANOTHER PURCHASE - Now they reply to this review with 100% lie - they said only they they recommend to import to jl , nothing about locks/nothing about its impossible to create email - they use random email inbox thats not ussable , one account got recovered and they did nothing about it . Dont believe them i lost 400$ and life time recovery warranty is fake thing. And now when i update my review they keep updating answer with more lie’s. Also now they reply when I need help guess what they just close support live chat on luckycharm website and ban me :) Im good i understand i lost my accounts and money but I just want people to be aware - if you buy accounts from them there is no lifetime warranty “THE IS NO WARRANTY” , also one account got recovered by them or worker i dont know + thry force you to buy another account with discount if not they close chat and ban you from live support on site :) Be aware guys i dont write this without a reason :) !

Dear Customer, At the time you purchased the accounts our livechat agent already told you to import these accounts as Jagex Launcher since legacy accounts could have issues with locked accounts, but you chose to ignore these warnings because you "liked legacy accounts". We told you how to create the original login email on the website, but it seems that your country was blocked from using it. Despite that, we offered to create the email account for you, and I went as far as reaching out to my sister to get it done for you, who was in a country that allows you to create the email account. Unfortunately, the mail provider was having issues, and therefore we couldn't create the account. Even that support was not good enough for you, and i offered you a discount for a new account. As you can see, you had multiple warnings at first, then you got all the support you needed, but unfortunately, things happened that were out of our hands. In the future, we recommend that you listen when we advise you about something. We have given you all the recovery information, and we suggest that whenever the mail provider fixes their issues, you will try creating a mail account again to get the account recovered successfully. We also strongly recommend you now take our advice and import the other account as Jagex Launcher... The site sold me an account listed as…

The site sold me an account listed as 'unrecoverable' when the account is not unrecoverable by any means. The original email was not included in the purchase, despite being standard practice when selling accounts. Additionally the account was listed to ijnclude "supplies" but It didnt include the chinchompas, the venny or bot training hunter probably dropped them.

Dear Anon, After extensive communication regarding the account, we explained multiple times that the account was in fact unrecoverable. There appeared to be a misunderstanding about how the recovery system works for original Jagex Launcher accounts, as these accounts do not use the traditional recovery system that you believed applied here. Despite the ongoing back-and-forth, we still offered you the option of a refund in an effort to resolve the situation fairly. However, you ultimately decided to keep the account. It is also important to note that this transaction did not take place directly through our website, but through a third-party marketplace. Following this, you accused us of “false advertising” and proceeded to leave negative 1-star reviews, despite retaining ownership of the account. We believe these claims are unfounded and based on a misunderstanding of the account system rather than any misrepresentation on our side. We sincerely hope this serves as a learning experience and encourage conducting proper research beforehand to avoid misunderstandings in the future.
