Advised that payments can take over an hour (which is understandable), however, as a company who has taken possession of my items - I should be provided accurate ETAs for when my funds should arrive. I should not have to chase every hour to find updates.

As mentioned PayPal payments usually are quite fast, but can be delayed since we don't send these payments ourselves but use a third-party processor. Hence there can sometimes be a longer delay then expected, since it's third-party (which is out of our control) we can therefore also not provide ETA's. In the future we recommend that you get a cryptocurrency wallet, we pay a little bit of a better rate and will pay instantly since these payments are done by us.

OMG, thought I'd be scammed, so I bought something low in RL monies. Graff was an absolute mad man, I made an account, purchased an item, immediately got a message and was told where to meet, confirmed the items over the chat and traded. Seriously, will be back for more, brilliant.

If it was anything to do with the character then the character would have been banned but instead its the jagex account that came attached to the character. Tried talking to Graff about this but he claims it is my own fault. but once again, if i was botting or rwt or whatever it could be then the CHARACTER would have been banned not have the jagex account disabled. No refunds or compensation offered. Awful business practice and WOULD NOT recommend anyone use this company.

We have given you a perfectly working account that was accessible since February and you played it perfectly fine for over a month. Then the account got banned after playing it of a month (disabled). We have helped you give recovery information and everything necessary but what happends after the account passes ownership is unfortunately not our responsibility as our Terms of Service states on our website. There is unfortunately therefore not that much we can do here.
