Great platform rang of all the popular games, I digged there birthday bonus it's worth the yearly wait. Customer support is great when you reach an agent. I would give 5 starz but then this review would look fake, but 4.5 The daily is nothing to big but they are consistent I don't know if you can level with gc the ones I find out I'll come back and fix this review

on April 24th I played on this platform, for 2 hours or more and WoN ALOT of money $244,000 actually. I was then informed there was a glitch in the gaming platform Zoot, a third party, and because of this all game play was void, and they also would be DELETING the gaming history from my account. I'm just not ok with this. my contact to play was through lucky hands and at $60,000 I had a live chat with their representative because I was in shock and wanted to confirm if these were indeed real funds that I could redeem. She congratulated me and said it was, and then explained the verification process. I played several games and won substantial amounts through out my play. I have screenshots of my progression from the beginning to the end where they locked my account. I would NOT SUGGEST this platform as they are not honest and do not follow good business practices- deleting gaming history? BIG RED FLAG of covering up a win they don't want to pay out on... smh. I'm contacting they Attorney General office and whomever else u need to. it's not fair that they can just say oh sorry about that but ... ..

I'm giving them 2 stars because their customer service is prompt but that does nothing for me been waiting 5 days to cash out and still nothing.
