Whoever reported this company is a loser. I got a killer bundle, $10 for $30 and ran up to $50 (not life changing) but was able to verify my account and cash out within 12 hours. Great stuff.

Slightly puzzled by both the lack of rating and the negative reviews as my experience with this company has been absolutely wonderful. Unlike the online casinos I have spent more money with, which failed to even acknowledge my birthday, luckyhands sent me a generous SC birthday gift. Gift that a few minutes later turned into a SC prize I redeemed. Both documents verification and prize redemption processing took less than 15 hours. Hence I can honestly say this is one of the very few online casinos that pays your prize same day you Win it. Doesn't get much better than that.

0 stars these ppl say they games operate the same way as other social casinos but they hold and wins won't trigger no matter what i even focused on specific slots until i activate it but put hundreds into particular hold and wins eventually moving along to a new different hold and win slots I been playing here maybe 2 years and some of those hold and wins after money effort and time still haven't triggered and I thought i might have better luck overtime and I guess after many efforts giving up reset my progress they dont give bonuses for this but i didnt get 25sc for finally going to tell support and they emailed me letting me know the provider havent reset the slots but nothing still changed. They games are setup in my opinion and now seeing this warning I definitely dont believe they set up the way the say no other casino give this and then when finally trigger fs/bonus they so disappointing alot of times nothing is won. The extra pay for extra chances to get a bonus is a rip off because when its activated not one fs land until i cut it off. They Slotmill and Hacksaws dont pay as other casinos I been playing lucifer and slotmill game for i dont know how long and never still got bonus no matter what these ppl forcing fake reviews is it to far fetched to assume they dishonest about the slots set a certain way thats fair to all us players????
