LuckyRush is starting to go the scam casino route!!! For the second time after winning I’ve placed my redemption, and they have REJECTED my redemption and returned LESS money to my account. Support states their system automatically does it and it cannot be undone which is an obvious lie and absurd.
Here is my communication with support-
LuckyRush- As per checking, the system has detected that you have violated our terms and conditions. If the system detects that you have not played the bonus that comes with your purchase, then it will result in your redemption being rejected and some of the coins will be voided.
Our system is designed to automatically detect when bonus coins are played only to move them into the redeemable balance without normal gameplay. When this pattern is detected, the bonus is automatically voided. Because this process is handled by the system, we are unable to reverse the decision

It went on like this but you get the point. I played ALL money deposited and then redeemed. You cannot even request to redeem money that hasn’t been played! They never do this when you lost money, funny how that works.
UPDATE**** I placed a SECOND redemption after they stole money from my first redemption, and they rejected THAT redemption and stole ANOTHER chunk of money and returned less to my account.
They commented below and said to please contact them they’d like to review my case in detail. Not only did they not review it when I contacted, they doubled down and refused to even look!

I had a very frustrating time trying to redeem $104 from this sweepstakes casino. My redemption was canceled, and I only got $85 back. When I reached out to support, they said the bonus wasn’t “played and won,” but never explained what that meant.
I kept asking them a simple question: how am I supposed to play the bonus so my redemption isn’t voided? They never gave a clear answer. Instead, they said things like the system can tell if you “only played to convert it into a redeemable balance” and that you need to play in a way that counts as “normal gameplay.”
The main issue is there are no clear rules. There’s no stated playthrough requirement, no guidelines, and nothing you can measure. All they give are vague statements about what their system “detects.” To make it worse, the system let me submit a redemption, then canceled it afterward, which feels misleading.
From what I saw, they can deny winnings based on their own judgment instead of clear rules. I played through the bonus, but it still got flagged. Support just kept repeating the same scripted answers and wouldn’t explain anything.
I get that bonuses have conditions, but those rules should be clear and consistent. This wasn’t the case. It felt like there was no reliable way to meet their requirements.
In the end, I just cut my losses and withdrew what I could. I wouldn’t trust this platform for real redemptions.

After a few initial sessions, I redeemed 2600 SC. It was processed in 2 hours. That was 2 months ago. Recently, I won enough to redeem over 7500 SC. When I tried to redeem the daily max of 5000, I was told that there was an issue with the payment processor used in the redemptions which are pushed to a bank card. I modified my request for the same amount using a bank account that was verified. 6 days later, my request was still pending. While pending, redemptions can be cancelled. I cancelled my request ( which anyone can figure out what happens when you continue to play after canceling a redemption. I lost the entire balance rather quickly... Hmm. Then last week , I went out of state. I would find out later that the site is now restricted there. But initially , the first time I logged in there, I was able to access my account. I lost several hundred dollars that morning. Three days later when I attempted to make another purchase, my access was blocked. Thats when I found out the restriction in that state. So initially, I was able to access ( and lose of course) then 3 days later I was blocked. THE OPERATOR didnt even acknowledge when I said that I should never have been allowed to access my account at any point once I was there. Ive spoken with multiple jurisdictions and regulatory agencies who agree that restricting an account in a restricted area is the sole responsibility of the operator. Each violation of a cease and desist orders carries a $10000 fine. I will be in contact with the NJ State Justice Division.
