LuckyRush is starting to go the scam casino route!!! For the second time after winning I’ve placed my redemption, and they have REJECTED my redemption and returned LESS money to my account. Support states their system automatically does it and it cannot be undone which is an obvious lie and absurd. Here is my communication with support- LuckyRush- As per checking, the system has detected that you have violated our terms and conditions. If the system detects that you have not played the bonus that comes with your purchase, then it will result in your redemption being rejected and some of the coins will be voided. Our system is designed to automatically detect when bonus coins are played only to move them into the redeemable balance without normal gameplay. When this pattern is detected, the bonus is automatically voided. Because this process is handled by the system, we are unable to reverse the decision Me- What are you talking about I played the funds • 14m I didn’t violate any terms and conditions. I made a purchase, I played the money over multiple days, and then I redeemed • 13m How exactly are bonus coins “moved” to redeemable balance without being played? It’s not possible. This is just some undefinable loophole to remove people’s money at will• 13m LuckyRush- We apologize, but we have already reviewed this matter and the decision cannot be reversed. We suggest continuing to play and use your coins so you may become eligible for redemption. Thank you. It went on like this but you get the point. I played ALL money deposited and then redeemed. You cannot even request to redeem money that hasn’t been played! They never do this when you lost money, funny how that works. UPDATE**** I placed a SECOND redemption after they stole money from my first redemption, and they rejected THAT redemption and stole ANOTHER chunk of money and returned less to my account. They commented below and said to please contact them they’d like to review my case in detail. Not only did they not review it when I contacted, they doubled down and refused to even look!
