Delivery was quick. Product was wrapped beautifully to keep the display box from getting bashed. Ballet slippers, hair ties and shoe bags all very good quality. Great purchase. Would highly recommend.
Thank you! 💖 So happy everything arrived safely and you loved the quality. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to delight you again!
Wonderful experience with Lumos Blue. After having purchased from another company who got EVERYTHING wrong and demanded my firstborn to allow a return, it was so pleasant to have an order arrive exactly when it was supposed to, be exactly what I ordered, and bonus, was FAR less expensive (despite excellent quality!). Highly recommend.
Hi Cheryl, Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re truly happy to hear that everything arrived just as expected and that you had a great experience with us. It means a lot to us, especially knowing you had a difficult experience elsewhere. We really appreciate your support and recommendation! Best regards, Lumos Blue Team
I recently lost my beloved dog and best friend at Christmas. JJ was a very special dog and I hand reared him with his brothers. Words cannot describe how devastated I am, so when I received my beautiful ring that Katie made, I was so happy. Its beautiful craftsmanship. Thank you for making this and thank you for all the kindness you also offered. Em xx
I found lumo blue from word of mouth and they didn't disappoint me and my now husband has been together 26 years before we got married so we needed something special and they went above and beyond to help me. They took my measurement and talked to me about the process and put me at ease that they could give me what I wanted and I was so happy when they came. Katie and G are just the best and I cannot thank them enough for our stunning rings. If u want special rings here is where u need to get them highly recommend thanks again.
I ordered Lumos Blue flats for my wedding guests. They arrived looking great, I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I placed my order, Lumos was attentive and quickly shipped my items. Communication was great despite the time difference. I highly recommend this product for your wedding guests. They will be thrilled!
Thank you Danielle for choosing our Lumos Blue foldable flats box set. Hope you have the wedding of your dreams & dance all night!
The shoes arrived very quickly and exactly as described. Customer service was excellent as the price. The seller was very quick to respond to any and all queries and helped design the shoes with our logo to the right specs. Very happy and highly recommend Lumos Blue Ballet Flats.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review.
Attentive customer service and fast delivery! They are just a little slip in purse shoe won't hold up to any kind of daily wear. I got them for wearing to the airport for security. They're perfect for that. And as something to keep on hand if heels are getting too much throughout the day
Thank you Jessie.
