Lumosmax

We appreciate your feedback, but would have appreciated it more if you could at least write to especially when you have an issue about one of the packages not showing up. These are not filters, they are either Presets or Profiles. I'm pretty sure you have installed profiles and couldn't find them on the presets list or vice versa. We can't comment when you say "quality of filters", that's your opinion and we respect that. But, again, our presets are dedicated to specific style of photography. This is the reason why photographers love our presets as they can't be dependent on the default presets. So, let's say if you get the Light and Airy package, but you shoot your photos during a warm weather, or you get the Cotton Candy FX but instead of shooting during the night, you apply the preset on bright day light. No presets are going to help you on those cases. We recommend everyone to read the package first before buying, and at any time where you are not sure about certain preset you can always ask. Once again, thank you for your feedback. Please do not hesitate to ask for help at anytime by contacting us using the contact form or through the Live Chat.

Thank you. Have fun shooting!
