Not reliable and not truthful site. Delivered to me for 3.5 months, they sent me not the dress that I ordered, but which I don't need for nothing. They don't want to return money

Received Wrong Dress
I ordered a blue dress, they mailed me a purple dress and are refusing to allow me to return it for a refund. Do not buy from this place. They are a scam. I hope they get closed down.

Got wrong colored items in the mail. The items was hidious and nothing like the pictures. No replies or replacements. I still havent gotten a refund. Policy is a joke. Save yourself time don't buy.
Horrible customer service and delivery
Horrible customer service and delivery. Ordered in November 2022 and still haven’t received not even one item by March 2023. Just received a notification that my order has been shipped, and I moved out of that address long time ago.

SCAM. This company advertises completely misleading products for high prices and don’t accept returns. DO NOT buy anything from this company!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Ordered two dresses in the amount of $100 and for 3 or 4 weeks the status of my order on their website was ‘Awaiting Shipment’. Eventually I contacted them to check what’s the reason and got a response only after the second email. I was explained the info on the website isn’t accurate and the dresses are shipped. After they finally got delivered, to my greatest disappointment both dresses had nothing to do with the pics on the website - different colors, size and shape. Both of them are so ugly that they’re practically unusable. Contacted them asking about the return procedure. The response I got is the biggest BS - I was suggested to either keep the clothing and receive 9% discount on my order or return the dresses and receive $7 for both of them while the shipping costs to China amount to $50. Worst experience with online shopping I’ve had in my entire life. Never buy anything from these scammers!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered 3 dresses. None of them fit. I want to return them. Return policy is 3 days after delivery. They provide an email address and it is not correct. I contacted them on Facebook, no response. Looks like I’m stuck with $137 of ill fitting, glitter spewing dresses.

DO NOT ORDER THERE: FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! A different fabric with a different pattern has been used which, in combination with poor processing, makes the dress look dumpy and not elegant at all. Resembles the advertised dress only most remotely. Their business model relies on duping customers by sending them some cheap stuff and then offering a neglectable discount. Obviously they feel safe by sitting in China behind a thick wall of bureaucratic obstacles. Nobody likes to put in much effort and time to fight for a refund of a small (60 UDS) amount.

Ordered a dress on this web site. When I opened the delivery, it was completely wrong item and very ugly. The customer service never replied. So it's a big scam! Never buy anything there !

I have been waiting 6 weeks for an order which some items haven't even been dispatched and some have been sitting in 'shipped' for 5 weeks. Nobody can update me and they do not to refunds?!! I have later read reviews of how poor the quality is and I will be £200+ down!!!!

Do not order on this website. As expected it is a fraud. The dress on the picture is not the same dress as you'll get. Other material (very bad quality) and wrong color and pattern.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY The zipper on the dress was defective - they told me to return it I'd have to pay for shipping to China, and said just take it to a tailor. UM - I didn't spend $50 on a dress to have to take it to a tailor and pay more. Finally after much back and forth they offered me $13 back and a future discount (AS IF I WOULD EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN). On Oct 31st they said to expect the refund. It is Nov 29th and I still have not received it.

Disgrace of a company. Sent me dresses that were not the style or colour I purchased and refused to refund. Absolute scam.
No refunds..
No refunds... Their return policy states that they do not issue refunds. I ordered a dress that looks nothing like the advertised picture. Besides not actually issuing refunds (only store credit to buy other things that will inevitably disappoint), the policy claims that it is only possible to contact them 3 days after receiving the item, which is just ridiculous. Anyway, don't order from there, you will be disappointed and you won't get your money back..
