Very dissatisfied customer DO NOT ORDER from this company
I ordered a 6ft American flag for fence on May 25th 2026. To this date 7/28/26 I have still not received my order! It was said to help WWP that made this product, but i see now it was just a scam! The flag was $19.99 plus shipping &tax costing over $26.00 and probably only cost $3 to $5 dollars for them to make. We have had several emails back & forth & still not resolved this problem! If this was a legitimate & honest business they would have not hesitated to send out my order that has cost them so little! I'm a senior citizen and I'm very very disappointed in this company and would strongly advise NO ONE to do business with them unless you want to lose your hard earned money to someone as LOW & DISHONEST as this company seems to be!
I ordered some artificial greenery from them and it never arrived. You can only talk to them through email support. First they gave me a bogus tracking number. When the post office outed them on that they gave me a tracking number that, according to the post office, was assigned to a package that did not have my name and address on it. They could not give me name due to regulations which they are trying to get a supervisor to overrule. Meanwhile Lurkpeak now says I have to go through contract mailing company they have no responsibility for the package. And they couldn’t give me name of company. So I guess I’ve lost about $150 dealing with these jerks. BEWARE!
Lurkpeak, an online, direct-to-consumer sales company, claims to have a 4.8-point Trustpilot customer rating. Trustpilot shows no ratings whatsoever for the company. Does Trustpilot allow claims like this to go unchallenged?
