I so happy found Lussoandlux. The owner Francesca is professional and so pleasant. Francesca carefully shows each item and points out any defects it may have several times so the purchasers are made aware. She’s built a community of people that support one another and cheer each other on. Lussoandlux is a gem of a find.
Frankie is the best! You can absolutely trust her and all of her items are authentic! She cares SO much about her customers and is very passionate about luxury items! I love tuning into her lives but she is also incredibly accessible and easy to work with!
Francesca is amazing! I feel very safe purchasing from her. She has great prices too. I highly recommend Lusso and Lux! She gets new inventory each week, her lives are fun….and she isn’t distracted during her lives so you get to see everything she has without it taking 3 hrs like some lives. She shows something and then moves to the next, it’s refreshing! And I never ever worry about the condition she is always forthcoming with that info. The best part - I know they are real and I never have to worry a something being a fake.
I've gotten a number of purses and jewelry from Frankie and have yet to be disappointed. The photos she sends does not do the goodies justice; each one is more remarkable in person. She points out each callout, has quick shipping, answers all questions you ask relatively quickly, and will even send additional photos and videos if you ask. Even with her low prices, Frankie does her best to work with you to get the best deal possible, and her payment options are unmatched. She and Lusso and Lux are a bargain lovers dream, especially with how crazy high retail prices have gotten.
