As promised, we followed through with the double refund, and I also offered an additional $75 as a good-faith gesture, not as an either or. It would have stacked onto the sale. Hey Jordan, thanks for reaching out and leaving an honest review. It is common for ice packs to arrive thawed, freeze dried powder is extremely stable up to 140 degrees, and our goal is a controlled thaw from our commercial freezers to your door. Your product is 100% not compromised. It's a bit of a double edged sword, we are one of the only, if not the only, RUO company shipping in insulated packaging with ice packs. Had it been reconstituted when shipped - totally different story. Bottom line, you research reagents are absolutely not compromised in anyway!
