I had the pleasure of working with Eben at Luxe Tribes to plan my entire 7-day trip to Turks and Caicos for my 35th birthday, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned and organized. We had a personal chef who prepared breakfast for us every morning, which was such a wonderful way to start each day. We also had a personal driver who took us to all of our scheduled events and was available to take us wherever we wanted to go throughout our stay. Having that level of convenience made the entire trip feel effortless.
Our itinerary included a clear kayak photo shoot, massages, amazing dinners, festivals, and so much more. Eben did an incredible job putting together an itinerary that gave us a perfect mix of relaxation, fun, luxury, and unforgettable experiences.

My daughter and I journeyed to Thailand and had such an amazing experience from start to finish, in their care. We will never forget it. So many beautiful memories made.
Transfers were lovely, accommodation was top notch, tours were thoughtful, fun and interesting, and we captured many ‘wow’ moments.
My daughter also celebrated her birthday while we were in LuxeTribes’ care and they were certain to make it one she will never forget. They sent a cake to the elephant sanctuary, decorated our hotel room with her favourite colours and left a lovely birthday note.

I took a week long trip to Japan and this experience was absolutely amazing. The trip felt as if it was curated specifically for me from start to finish. The initial communication was welcoming, detailed and personalized. Our agent Elisa answer all questions promptly, made several tweaks with out hesitation and clear in all communications. I was pleasantly surprised that even while traveling with a 9+ hour time difference Elisa responded promptly. All parties who participated in making this trip happen were so pleasant from the travel agent, chauffeurs and even the tour guides. Transportation was on time and each driver provided a since of security and comfort. This eliminated one of the scary parts of traveling abroad which for me is trusting the driver. Seamless, Thoughtful, and Truly Personalized Travel
My mom, 15-year-old daughter, and I traveled to Paris and Amsterdam with Luxe Tribes, and it was wonderful. This was my second trip with them, and I honestly don’t see myself taking another international trip without their help.
We worked with Gabrielle, who made everything feel seamless. Shortly before the trip, my dad passed away and we had to change our dates at the last minute. Gabrielle was incredibly kind and empathetic, handled the changes for us, and still made sure the trip felt special. He even had flowers waiting for my mom when we arrived in Paris, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.
Throughout the trip, he checked in on us, our transfers were always on time, the hotels and locations were great, and whenever we needed dinner or shopping recommendations, he responded quickly. Even when a few small hiccups came up, he handled them immediately without us having to do any work.
And as anyone with a teenager knows, they are not always easy to impress 😂, but my 15-year-old daughter was genuinely happy and impressed with the entire trip.

This was my first trip to Rio and Luxe Tribes made all the difference. I had little time to plan in advance and working with Gabriel (the person assigned to me) made all the difference in the world. He build our itinerary and met with me before the trip to go over the details of the trip. He was responsive with last minute changes. The events selected allowed me to delve deeply in Brazilian culture (little Africa tour, Samba classes) in addition to visiting iconic sites. The tour guides and drivers assigned to us were super professional, knowledgeable and made all the difference in us having a positive experience.

Priscilla was my planner and I let her know my budget and everything I wanted to do and she was able to work with me to create my custom Bali itinerary. All of the logistics and planning were taken care of, my group just had to show up.
We had great accommodations, and the daily breakfast was always a hit, but what really made our trip was our host Putra. He showed up with amazing energy everyday and made sure we were taken care of the whole trip! Anything we needed, he was already on it. He gave dinner recommendations, assisted with reservations and it was definitely much appreciated. Also, a special shoutout to our driver Ketut, for making sure we got everywhere safely and efficiently and accommodating our last minute side quests.
The whole team went above and beyond and even surprised me with a cake on my birthday. Our whole trip was nothing short of amazing and overall my group had a great experience. We can’t wait to plan our next trip!
Although I have taken many international group trips, I decided to jump on the opportunity to take a solo trip. Luxe had a remarkable deal on a private trip to Peru. Let me tell you, Jessie and Sonia were the dream team to make this trip happen. Their communication before, during, and after my trip was top notch. They thoroughly answered all my questions. Additionally, they proactively contacted me daily during my trip to ensure all my needs were met. Accommodation, appetite, and adventure; all expectations were surpassed. I will be booking another solo trip soon. 10/10 recommend.
I traveled with Luxe to St.Maarten this July for my best friend’s 30th birthday. It was great! We got to choose a nice modern condo, had a private chef for breakfast every morning, and a super responsive host/team. Eben was our host and he made sure to give us a warm welcoming with gift baskets while staying in touch throughout the trip. I always use them for vacations small and big and I’m sure I’ll be back again!
One of the best trips I ever been. Very organized for the most part it was a little difficult to get ahold of our trip the organizer a few days prior to the trip and during the trip. Outside of that everything else was up to par! The villa was amazing, the team on the ground was top tier, and all of the activities were so exciting! Would definitely use Luxe Tribes again
Our trip to Italy was amazing. The travel agent was so helpful and knowledgeable. The tours and drivers in Italy were amazing! I’ve recommended this experience and company to all my friends and family because using their services was the best way to see Italy and the world in general. My friend and I didn’t have to worry about driving directions, traffic or where to go next because it was all taken care of. It made traveling outside of the country so easy and effortless. I booked a trip to Bali and it was a great experience. Our drivers were very knowledgeable and the chef was amazing with breakfast. I needed to change our itinerary to fit something we wanted to do and they were very accommodating. Only hiccup was communication prior to arriving was a little difficult as our travel expert was on different time zone which made everything take days to figure out. We def felt safe while traveling which was a huge plus.
Luxe Tribe is an amazing company! I used them with a friend group to go to Bali! Everything was well organized, put together and seamless. They took care of everything so it really made the vacation more enjoyable. Highly recommend
I had a blissful experience in the country of Bali celebrating a milestone birthday! My hotel was nice, the staff were kind and accommodating and the food was great and there were even perks that I didn't know I would receive ie. 10% off of meals and spa service and one complimentary floating breakfast. My driver, Putra was very kind and always early with pick up. He was not overly chatty and shared relevant information about his country accordingly and when asked. He also did a nice job or talking initiative to take my photos or candid ones. I loved the customization of my itinerary that I was able to work through with my travel agent Priscilla for Bali. She did a great job of curating my itinerary and was pretty consistent with planning in the very beginning but towards the middle I didn't hear from her for some weeks which was concerning... come to find out she is the only agent for Bali my driver shared... i definitely had enough to do as well as down time with the itinerary selections I chose and there was still opportunity to change which site seeing I wanted to visit with my driver. I would give this 4.5 stars rather.

My trip to Greece was my very first solo adventure, and I couldn’t have chosen a better way to celebrate my milestone birthday. From start to finish, Luxe Tribes planned every detail of my itinerary exactly the way I envisioned it, allowing me to simply relax and enjoy the experience. The hotel stays were amazing. This was a trip I will never forget.
My first stop was Santorini, and it completely took my breath away. The hotel was peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to unwind. On my birthday, the restaurant staff—Sandesh, Pemba, and Sandeep—made me feel incredibly special. During breakfast, they surprised me by singing “Happy Birthday” and presenting me with the most adorable pancake cake topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday unforgettable.
My second stop was Mykonos, where every moment was worth it. From the scenic journey to spending time relaxing on the beautiful beaches, it was everything I hoped for and more.
Although my stay in Athens was brief, wandering through the charming streets and soaking in the city’s rich history and vibrant atmosphere was an amazing experience.
This trip gave me more than beautiful memories—it gave me confidence. I realized that I don’t need to wait for someone else to experience the world or celebrate life’s special moments. Traveling solo was empowering, and I had an incredible time.

I went on a group trip to Bali and we were waited on day and night. They truly made us feel special! Special shoutout to Gede our host who felt like family by the end of the trip!! I will say there were 2 minor hiccups but they immediately rectified and compensated us well for any inconvenience. They handled us with such care that I can’t complain! 10/10 experience!! The villa was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was phenomenal! Book with Luxetribes! I wish they did our Peru trip 2 years ago!
I traveled to Colombia with Luxe as a graduation trip & it was great! I enjoyed having a curated vacation with options for my input. I was in a tribe of five other women & it was nice to get to know them & experience a new country together. Luxe staff was always available to us & definitely made the trip memorable!

From answering all of our questions before we left the U.S., to helping us find local vendors for experiences that we wanted to our itinerary just hours before our flight, he helped us make everything we wanted to do happen with ease and safety.
