Great All Around Experience
I recently purchased a Glashütte Original Senator Excellence Panorama Date Moon Phase (reference 1-36-24-04-02-01) from Luxury Of Watches.
As this was my first purchase from this company, I initially had several questions and concerns about buying a high-end timepiece that I had not seen or handled in person.
I contacted Luxury Of Watches via email, and Marty was exceptionally responsive throughout the process. He promptly answered my many questions, provided clear information, and helped me feel confident and comfortable moving forward with the purchase.
When the watch arrived, I discovered that the strap was too small for my wrist. Once again, Marty responded quickly and professionally, resolving the issue without hesitation and arranging for the correctly sized strap to be sent to me.
The watch arrived exactly as described, and the level of customer service I received met my expectations.
Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to purchase from Luxury Of Watches again, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a quality luxury watch and outstanding customer support.

I am a very anxious person!
I am a very anxious person and just bought a discontinued Rolex model sight unseen with Luxury of Watches and could not be happier! I wanted a new/unworn watch as this 8-10 year old model is as close as it comes to that. I had no idea what I was getting myself into and the watch came on time and exactly as described! It needs a Rolex service, probably from being so old, and was polished a little too much, probably for the photos, BUT, don't worry, they got you covered!!
