Good Luck! I ordered two ornaments in early December and still have not received them. They stopped returning my emails. I will be blocking the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!!
A TRAP! NOT recommended!
Since I did not receive my order, after almost two months, I have sent an email requesting a refund as this was a Christmas related order. They have been replying back and forth in an unprofessional way, with unsigned teletext style emails requesting information that they already did have, ending up informing me today that a refund is not possible since they have sent the order (almost TWO months later) and since they knew that I did not want it anymore! They have decided to ignore my refund request for an order that was not relevant anymore, something that was communicated from the first email and in ALL my replies! Apparently that was a trap as they now claim unable to provide me with a refund and the only two options are either to accept the new shipment OR receive a 40% refund and decline the package upon delivery!!! Posting this and reporting them as fraudulent, seems the only way.

I had to take a moment and write this review. I ordered the siblings' mug for my children. I was very impatient as I wanted the mugs before Christmas. They were not delivered before Christmas- but the customer service team was very respectful and they kept in contact with me. I was so pleased with the mugs; they are top-quality work. I have raved to everyone about the mugs and I will order again! Thank you so much! My children and I are so pleased

I am a 79 year old male, living alone. Finding gifts that are personal, appropriate, and useful has gotten more difficult with the passing years. I ordered two of The Love Between Brothers And Sisters Is Forever - Personalized Mugs for my children. I was delighted when they arrived in time for Christmas but then discovered that one had been damaged in transit. I contacted their Customer Service and they immediately arranged for a replacement. While it will arrive after Christmas, I have no doubt both my children will be delighted with them; I know that I am. Makezbrightgifts.com will be my first go to place for special gifts in the future. They have an amazing line of products and Outstanding Customer Service!

This place is a JOKE
This place is a JOKE, a complete fraud! I placed a large order almost two months ago and mind you this was supposed to be to have arrived before Christmas as gifts for my older children and were now into the almost the middle of January and they can’t seem to locate my package, how convenient…. And their refusing to issue a refund which means I had to report them as fraudulent to my bank and jump through unnecessary hoops because they refused to do the right thing.

I ordered at item over a month ago. The seller is claiming “unable to deliver” but the address is correct. They are not responding to messages. I have to open a dispute to get my money back. AVOID!!!!!!

Love the shirts! They are awesome! Please have more options available for various shades of skintones. Other than that, the product is awesome! Family really loves them! Please have options without the glasses of beverages. The angel wings make sure that no family member is left out!

Company sends me numerous text messages a day and when trying to reply “stop”, it doesn’t get delivered. Guess I’m stuck in their hell. I will NEVER use a company that deals this way.
