I have ordered twice from this company. 1st time everything was great and had no problems 2nd time I had nothing but problems. I reached out twice due to not receiving my package to confirm tracking info only to get no help then lastly to see about a refund, only to get no help. So I still as of 2/5/25 never got my package or refund

This company is a joke! I ordered ornaments in October and NEVER received them!! I reached out multiple times....the responses were my address wasn't correct. Which is absolutely NOT true!!!!! NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND THEY ARE NOT FROM USA. SO......save your money and order from a more reliable company. I am putting my experience date as Christmas day 2024 because the items were for Christmas. STILL no response and no items received as of January 16. RUDE
