Taking forever to receive
First let me say I ordered 3 tumblers (All in 1 order) last year and they are great. However, 3 weeks ago I ordered a tumbler which is a birthday gift. It still has not come. Tracking is vague. Customer service responds but with a nondescript answer. I am very disappointed.

Customer service was great! The mug was accidentally sent to the wrong street and subsequently returned to sender. Once I realized the error, I reached out and explained what happened and they quickly confirmed the correct address and resent it. My dad loved his gift! Thanks guys!
