Very disappointing quality and service
Really bad quality and customer service.
This is the second time I’ve bought a gift from them. The first time was an amazing experience — beautiful craftsmanship and a great response time.
The second time, however, was really, really bad.
I placed my order on July 30th but didn’t hear anything back from them. I wrote to ask how long it would take to ship the item and eventually received an email with a tracking number — but without any introduction or explanation of who was writing.
The item finally arrived on August 28th, and I immediately sent them a photo showing how poorly it was made. The cut-out was rough, and the engraving was extremely bad. I have not heard back from them since.
Very disappointing. Would not recommend at all
I love my new ornament. I can’t wait to hang it on my tree this year. My pets meant the world to me so I am so happy to share them with everyone thru this ornament.

Ornament Excellence
The ornament is absolutely beautiful. It came out exactly as I had hoped for.
The product was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Colorful, sturdy, playful. I know my best friends are absolutely gonna love them for their birthdays. I’m shopping early,
One of them turns 85, the other one turns 70 in January . I have rented a beautiful four bedroom beach house as a surprise for them.
We will pour the wine, sit by the fire and enjoy each other‘s company

I ordered a blanket to cuddle with my cat. Placing the order was easy. The blanket is good in quality and is soft and comfy. I’m happy with the product.
I just wish if it is possible for the business to re-consider or have a word with the delivering service in my area.

I bought these for Christmas presents
I bought these for Christmas presents. I lost my brother and sister this year 7 weeks apart, and my other brother 10 years ago. What’s worse is my Mother is 96, and her heart is so heavy with grief! I know that she will love this. The quality is amazing!
