Good quality, great customer service
Very nice good quality mid range porcelain. Definitely not Villeroy Boch level, but It is perfectly sufficient and good looking. Feels smooth and nice in hand and I love that I can bake in it too. I bought the Lunar set. Service wise I am also very satisfied. It came in time, well packed and nothing was broken. On two plates and bowls were some flaws in a colour - I texted their customer service and the response was immediate. And because the plates were not in a shop anymore they offered either money reimbursement or if I wait three months they will get them for me from the factory. I decided for the latter option, plates arrived without a problem, no flaws and in time as they promised. Good service and I do recommend.

I ordered the complete Leah dinnerware set and the Luna coffee mugs. The package arrived surprisingly quicker than I expected. I did note black speckled dots on the inside bottom of one of the mugs and I contacted Malacasa about the blemish. I had contact with Baek and his professionalism was spot on!! His prompt response, feedback and solution was impressive!! I am very happy and satisfied with my products. Gorgeous dinner set!
Very easy to place my order on the website and see the different collections. The sets were delivered safely and securely. Customer service when contacted were prompt and offered excellent support. I'd highly recommend MalaCasa, and will be ordering from them again. The plates are beautiful in design and I get many compliments on them.

Packaging was great everything came in perfect condition. Plates were as described. The only thing I have to say that’s negative is they don’t stack perfectly straight.

I’m extremely happy with my experience purchasing from MALACASA. The dinnerware set is absolutely beautiful, elegant, high quality, and exactly as expected. The delivery was smooth and everything arrived perfectly. What really made the difference, though, was the customer service. Niki was fantastic throughout the entire process: professional, attentive, kind, and incredibly efficient. She handled everything quickly and made me feel truly taken care of as a customer. It’s rare nowadays to find this level of support and attention to detail. Thanks to this experience, I would definitely buy from MALACASA again ... and I absolutely will in the future. ;) Highly recommended.

Tara dinnerware set, multicolor
I ordered two full sets of Tara dinnerware, and they are beautiful, very heavy and solid, and the terracotta bottoms look so stylish. I plan to have them for a very long time. The "pink" is more beige. It took a few months to get the full order (a few were out of stock, then a couple arrived chipped). But Malacasa consistently responded to my emails and made sure the order was fulfilled in the end.
Horrible costumer service
I ordered 3 items through their website. 2 of them were shipped right away but one wasn't updated for over a week. I contacted them several times and I got response after few days. I was informed my item is out of stock. I could wait for a month for them to restock the item or get a refund. I asked for a refund. No response since then. Still waiting for my refund. Stay away
Scam
Scam I ordered it, 2 sets of 24 pieces. Contacted dpd because the tracking wasnt updated... dpd said they never received the parcel from malacasa. MALACASA never responded to my e mail either.

Excellent quality and amazing customer service
I bought a 24 piece dinnerware set from this company on TikTok shop back in the summer, as I was about to complete a purchase on my new house and wanted nice new plates and bowls. I didn’t open them until I moved at the end of September and was absolutely thrilled with the quality of them. They’re well made and look beautiful. Anyway, this week I heard a loud smash from the kitchen, one of the shelves where my cups, glasses, plates and bowls are stored had collapsed resulting in lots of smashed cups and glasses which are easily replaced, what really made me sad was that two of my Malacasa bowls had been chipped. I looked on TikTok to see if I could buy them separately and there wasn’t an option for me to do so. I messaged the company via TikTok who replied really quickly. Although I’d offered to pay, they very kindly have sent me out two new bowls free of charge. They’ve sent my tracking number and I’m completely in awe of how amazing their customer service is. I am so grateful! Well done Malacasa, you’ve made my week knowing I’ll have a full dinnerware set again.
Terrible Quality and Zero Customer Service – Stay Away!
I wish I could give zero stars. I bought a porcelain dinnerware set from this brand, and it literally fell apart within 8 months. Cracks started showing up everywhere, and one of the bowls actually split open just from holding hot soup. Absolute junk. I reached out for a refund—not a single reply to my emails. Their “customer service” might as well not exist. For the price, you’d expect at least basic quality control, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. Save your money and your patience. There are plenty of honest brands out there—this one isn’t it.

Just Okay… Not worth the money
Got the plates in August and just opened them 2 months later. The plates look nice but one of the 1 of the pasta bowls came damaged. Also in the pictures it looks like everything stacks nicely but they don’t. It is like some of the dinnerware isn’t flat and they don’t stack correctly.
I was skeptical..but you shouldn't be!
I was skeptical considering the lack of reviews, but thought I'd give it a shot considering how beautiful the products looked. I ordered a colourful set of plates and bowls, they arrived within a few days, packaged well and undamaged. They're beautiful and are of a lovely quality!
