Worst of its kind. No reply to support tickets, not transferring assets to other exchanges, not facilitating trading. Even though you have assets in your wallet, you can't trade. And you can't buy assets, even though you have a sufficient amount in your wallet. So, there will not be trading. You can't get your assets transferred to some other exchange for trading. Your INR funds are also blocked up there. They will not release it, citing RBI ban.
KYC process is taking ages!! In spite of sending email to support team and raising a case via the app there is no response at all !
