I am truly impressed with my LUBA mini 1500 LiDAR. The navigation with LiDAR and AI works seamlessly, cutting the lawn edges with impressive precision. It reliably avoids obstacles and trims very close to the borders with an even finish. The mowing is almost silent, making it discreet in operation. Thanks to its all-wheel drive, it can handle even steep slopes of up to 80%, and the battery lasts around three hours before needing a recharge.

I hade a problem with the charger if my Mammotion Luba2 AWD. Great interaction via the chat function and responsive communication. A solution was identified and I really hope it will work because I like my Luba, nickname Dennis a lot./

Quick delivery, easy setup. We are facing some 4g connectivity troubles but customer care responds swiftly and we await final reply on technical note.

Good after sales support

I pledged for a Yuka during a Kickstarter campaign. The robot mower eventually came and has had some teething issues, but overall the Mammotion team has been pretty responsive. When I have had issues, I've been able to live chat with a person (not a bot) to troubleshoot the issue, which has made the process easier.

Great Experience.

I have had my Luba 2 mower for over a year and it has been liberating. I can't give enough kudos to it's performance in helping my easily maintain my lawn. I had a service issue, and was able to chat with support in seconds get advice and direction. Could not ask for a better experience.

Easy to use, professional packaging and easy setup

Needed a cheap reliable mower for my garden. Got recommended the Yuka mini by a coworker. Found out i could save some money buying directly from Mammotion. The package came as predicted on time. looked very proffesional in packaging. Everything just went as expected. Easy instructions and setup procedure. I already recommended this to other family members

My luba2 5000 awd

I bought a luba2 5000 awd in July 2024 and I am absolutely delighted with my robot. People have asked me what im using to mow my grass as they never seen the lawn looking so good. It really did a terrific job and was very easy to set up. Unfortunately it gave me a few problems in July 2025 but mammotion support were really very good at investigating and keeping me informed. Eventually it was necessary for it to go to the service centre and within 48 hours it was on its way. I would definitely buy a luba again

Great experience with my Luba 2 3000X

I use the robot for about 2 months. It saved me a lot of time for my 3000 sqm yard. Now everything looks very profesional even if the garden has only wild grass. The support team is always uper helpful and helped me all the time i raised a ticket.

I was having motor problems from the…

I was having motor problems from the first time I used it. I thought I could overcome the Errors myself with good programing. Then I had some Location trouble so I decided to write Mammotion. This takes patients because they answer emails while the US sleeps so you loose a day every time. The bright side of all this was really cool. The tech had me send him the error log and with that they were able to diagnose the problems and from what I could tell fix most of the problems through the internet. I still needed to send it in for repair or replacement which also takes time but I didn't have to send it to china only California. In the end Mammotion acted appropriately for me The Customer which is all I ever want.

Luba is an excellent robotic mower

i have about 1/2 acre to mow. i wanted to be able to control the height of the cut in several different areas. The areas are also not simple shapes. Assembling the Luba was straight forward. Then creating the area to mow was easy using the app. i opted for the iNavi NetRTK & this is excellent. The AWD of the Luba was perfect to navigate those areas on a slope & are a little wet. The machine is well built & the obstacle avoidance technology is superb, the robot just mows around the trees and with low hanging branches this is some much easier than hand moving. My wife loves the fact it will do stripes rather than the random nature of other types of robot mowers.
