The mower was shipped quickly, and communications with Segway have been great. I followed instructions and was able to unpack, install base, perform walk-through programming of my lawn zones, and complete a pass including all zones in one day. The mower does a good job and I am more than happy with this purchase.
Order was realistic in time frame, arrived in great condition and the mower was easy to set up and get mowing.
I have a pretty significant hill in my backyard. I purchased the H210 model and it wasn't able to navigate the hill. I'd have to go over it with my stand-up mower. It was a great model, except for my hill situation. Because it was still under warranty, I returned it for the X430 model which is all-wheel drive. It covers my hill perfectly - no slipping. I also found some extra features with the X430 that made a difference. The X430 is larger than the H210 so it takes less time to mow the lawn, and it can nearly cut my whole yard on a single charge, whereas, the H210 took 3 charges. The mapping is way easier with the X430. You don't have to map the yard exactly - just close to the edge and it will mow right to the edge. Much easier for me. I am pleased with my purchase. Navimow assigned me a single customer service person, so the return and refund process wasn't cumbersome. I just had to box up the H210 and customer service ordered the Fed Ex pickup. (Note: Keep the boxes for a while just in case you have to send it back. Doubtful, but you never know.
The mower wouldn’t navigate to the front yard. I can never get ahold of customer service and still waiting for my call back to send this junk back. We mapped our yard out 7 times and it still wouldn’t work.
Setup was easy, map yard and go find something else to do. Trim, go swim, take a nap or get a beverage and watch the mower doing all the work while you contemplate your new Lawn Supervisor position. Lawn keeps that nicely mowed look. Best purchase in years.
I like the diagonal pattern created by the Navimow and the idea that it is doing work while I watch.
I've had the X430 less than a week. The mower refuses to keep a satellite lock after following all of the base positioning guidelines. I've moved the base a dozen times trying to get a lock. I finally did a re-boot which got a lock (over 20 satellites) but it lost it all again overnight. The manual driving "joysticks" are a joke. Editing maps requires using those joysticks to manually drive the mower to increase the frustration rather than just do it in the app. I told support to send me a return label and credit the money back to my card. I'm almost 80 years old and bought this to help keep my yard mowed. All it's brought is pain and frustration. This thing is going back to Segway or to the dump but it won't stay here.
Mower and garage came in time. I had originally ordered thru Home Depot but the items came separate and late, wasting my time tracking them along the way. In addition, Home Depot wouldn’t honor the sale price that went on just after my order.
I am just under 2 months with my x430 navimow. Three words: inconsistent, inconsistent, frustrating. The potential is high but you must have the right yard, mostly straight, minimal sharp and/or tight turns and what really surprises me, I have grass it cuts with ease and other grass it seemingly rolls over without cutting at all. I admit that as I learn more, I see the potential but for now it is a labor intensive, love- hate relationsip

Love the product i think it’s awesome. The ability to cut my lawn from anywhere, the no raking grass is great, the mower works pretty damn good but the cut could be better as it leaves some uncuts here and there.Some constructive critisism would be it needs better reports, also a big one would be the ability to edit maps and that via internet or wifi instead of bluetooth. Thanks keep up the great work.
First time robot mower owner. I absolutely love my little grasshopper. I haven’t mowed my lawn in 3 months! This was the best investment ever. I rate this highly because of the customer service, app features, and how easy my problem was fixed within 2 days. I really love the Navimow and I tell everyone to buy one because of these reasons. The mower is pretty good but I think it has a lot to go still. It has trouble with mowing everything and regularly misses strips of grass and will not mow areas that are between two objects. I have a street sign and a cable box that are 3’ apart and it won’t attempt to pass through. I think it’s a limitation of not having a lidar based mapping system and fixing it with vision only will not be possible.
I got the parts I ordered. Everything was easy and straight forward. Just a note for 2027 Models: Please create a unit that has suction so it lifts the grass cut before cutting (basically a Lymow or Airseeker Tron that works).
