I have had my navimow i110 mower for over 3 years, it performs well especially on level ground, and does well maintaining my lawn. I recommended it to my neighbor. Improvements could be made on missing spots and edges, but overall this is a great mower.
The mower works very well but I cannot get it to mow on the days that I have it programed for. I cannot get the time to start and stop correct
I am still waiting for the garage that was ordered. The customer service team has been responsive.
Software sucks. It avoids some areas even with vision fence off. But the worst part is the crappy cut quality. It doesn’t cut evenly. Leaves strips of poorly cut grass on each pass.
Contacted Navimow through chat on app. Have a lens on charging station that broke. Unit is under warranty so the set me up with a repair in the Fall after the season as the unit is working fine.
The app was well designed and made it easy to map my lawn and set up . One addition that I would like is the ability to schedule mowing on odd or even calendar days. That way I can alternate my sprinkler system with my mowing schedule.
I have been using an i110 for about 25 days now. My total lawn is 10,125 square feet, mostly flat with a 4-8% slope in one zone. The i110 is rated at .25 acre or 10,890 sq ft. The mower MAY, at a full charge of 100%, do .25 acre if it was totally flat, with no obstacles (trees, edges, gardens) to make it turn. Frequent turns drains the energy quickly. In addition, the documentation states to charge the mower to no more than 85-90% and discharge to no less than 10%. At 10 and 85, there is a loss of available energy of 25%. So, no way the mower would complete .25 acres. I have divided my lawn into 4 zones trying to get the mower to complete a zone on one charge. So far it hasn't. Two zones have obstacles, a tree and flower bed but two are open. The mower runs about 2 hours on a charge then returns to the charger for about 2.5 hours. When it returns from its mid-zone charging stop, it seems to hunt for several moments looking for its starting point, making several zigzag turns, draining energy. It's not unusual for it to make two charging stops to complete a zone. I haven't been able to use the scheduling function as it's been a wet July so multiple days of dry grass has been rare. Using the one-time mow function, it takes about 16 hours of run time to complete the entire lawn. And I still have to edge around the borders. It is not saving me time and effort. I will be returning the mower and start the search for another. Good day.
Not the best in the market, it was the only option available at the time when I got it, 4 years ago. The and support came a long way to help. After these many years the features are improving overall. I wish I could select the mowing patterns. The mower some time does not see at all, have hard time to avoid walls, objects. There is another issue, for some reason it does offset to boundary by a feet not sure why, may be it's due to some satellite signals. And the last, between two building my neighbors the space is around 10-12 feet, but mower never did a good job, always go mad, blind. It struggle to move around in pattern. rather it would take a big pause or just go zig zag or however it please, but not good job. I have to mow manually on the sides.
Good overall, seems to have a little trouble with thicker grass and have run more frequently but it beats mowing any day!
fast - efficient - mows edge to edge...love it
The navimow woke up and attacked the cord, chopping it up. We are lucky it was not a pet. I reached out and customer service and they said that they would help replace the cord but needed upper management to sign off. While we waited we had to rent a mower and mow the lawn ourselves. We ended up paying for the $100+ power cord replacement while upper management thinks about this. In any event the app sorta stinks and is very clunky, the mower is fine but there are brands out there that care about their customers. Avoid Navimow.
Sorry about this. We will investigate what happened and will help you solve the problem ASAP.
Tried to resolve an issue but was not able to and now I’m hit with a restocking fee? Ridiculous
I hope that this review will not be too long to read. Initially, I made an error with my shipping address, which I realize within minutes of hitting the purchase button. I immediately called customer service at Navimow/Segway. It was a Sunday so I left a message on their voicemail to inform them that I had put in the wrong shipping address and gave them the correct shipping address to catch them before it was shipped the following day, which was Monday. I called them again this time, waiting to speak with a representative who told me that it had not been shipped yet, and they would reach out with logistics and have the address changed after that. I noticed that there had been no address changed with FedEx and it was shipped some hours after I asked them not to ship it so that’s the beginning of the saga. Eventually, I was able to speak with one of the senior representatives or managers who was incredibly helpful and understanding who canceled the shipping Who after some days canceled the shipping and we are waiting for it to return to California. We waited for a couple of days. There seemed to be no change in FedEx’s shipping destination so she canceled the shipping again and instructed logistics to send me another Navimow a separate order, which they did. I got the tracking number and was tracking the shipment that was scheduled to my home address and suddenly it ended up being transferred to Colorado from Georgia. My home address is in Georgia, so I contacted customer Service again spoke with the same very helpful lady who tracked it down apologized for the error contacted logistics, and eventually it was turned around and sent back to me, so having said that the company was very responsive and very concerned that my service has not been as expect expected so they gave me a discount just equivalent to the Father’s Day special and gave me a Navimow mower garage for my troubles., I am not new to robot lawnmowers I had previous mowers that required a pretty extensive set up with a ground wire, etc. which you did well for about six years although it frequently became stuck in certain landscape features that require required daily checks and repairs and and re-mapping tolerated for many years and it seemed to do a good job cutting grass when it was able to . Just so you know, this mower has been the best I’ve ever had. I bought the large yard X450 and I have approximately one 1.4 acres of grass to cut. There was no setup boundary wires ect. It works on a system that I don’t fully understand but it seems to be some combination of GPS cell phone towers and visual cues.I just walked behind the mower and mapped the yard boundaries and set it to work so this has been about a month now it has never become stuck. It cuts my grass perfectly. I’ve made some changes to the borderline to better cut the edges, but all in all it’s been an incredibly good experience with this mower . I would recommended to anybody who doesn’t like to go out in the hot Georgia sun and cut their grass. Respectfully James stephens
Mower works great all the time. It took me a while to find things like mapping and setting up zones but I am doing it now.
Mapping with the app is still mediocre. Being able to map (to a degree) using by location points, and then having the mower drive in straight lines for verification would greatly simplify mapping. The current mapping method is painful, if the yard is large.
I have 2 other robot mowers and this is the best by far.
When Navimow designed the x430 they were more focused on building a tank than a mower. The cut quality on my x430 is terrible. Specs say it has a 17” cut width, however, mine has two 8.5” blades that cut at different heights which leaves me with strips of grass at two different heights all across the yard. In addition, the net RTK loses connection almost daily and the mower just wonders off outside the boundaries and even into the keep out zones. I’ve been in touch with support but they offered no help.
