I have stuck with the program and I'm in week one beginner fundamentals. I completed absolute beginner and explorer series in about 5 weeks (doing 5 workouts a week) and I'm seeing real results. Much of my chronic pain is diminished or gone, and my flexibility is improving.

I really enjoy manflowyoga

I really enjoy manflowyoga. Especially how Dean focuses on explaining the positions and shows modifications for those of us who are less flexible. I’ve come a long way in a few months. Looking forward to where I will be in one year.

The workouts are well explained and easy to follow. As well, workouts are geared to all levels permitting users to gradually increase difficulty as they progress. Dean balances inspirational commentary with realistic goals for users. Overall, I could not be happier with Man Flow Yoga.

Brilliant site and you don't have to be a guy

Brilliant site and Dean and the crew are so helpful. I'm a woman but the videos are so clearly explained I've sneaked in to the Man Flow Yoga world and after a month feel better already. I don't have time to go to the gym so this works perfectly as I can just do what I can manage when I can. Just give it a go and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do :)

Structure I needed

I appreciate the structure MFW has given me now that I am a subscriber. Before, I would stitch together random MFW workouts from YouTube. I'm approaching 60 straight days. I also added the weight training kickstart which has been great. I am looking forward to the sequel ;)

Great UI on the app and the videos were all easy to follow for someone that has very little yoga experience like myself.

Amazing Platform

First of all, the value on this platform is insane. There are so many workouts, programs and educational resources that you can easily be a member for several year and still have tons of content (which is continuously updated) left to watch. It's also really well organised and easy to navigate. Dean is a really good teacher, and his knowledge is sound and the workouts very effective. The support from both the staff and community is stellar, they reply, even reach out preemptively to ask how it's going and if they can help. I aint leaving this platform that's for sure!

I’m so happy that I joined Man Flow…

I’m so happy that I joined Man Flow Yoga. The app is easy to use. The yoga sessions are well explained and enjoyable to follow. It’s a challenge but I’m following a simply laid out beginners pathway. I’m finding that I’m motivated and always looking forward to the next session as it results in a feeling of well being. Including a short course before I became a member I have now been practicing for about three months. I feel much fitter physically and much more positive mentally.

Outstanding instruction with great results. Dean models how to do each pose, shows modifications, and explains the benefits associated with the pose and proper breathing. I am 62 and have been doing Man Flow Yoga for 3 months. MFY has made a huge impact on me both physically and mentally. I feel like I am in my 30s again.

I like the variety

I like the variety. I can choose a workout or just an easy stretch workout. I like that Dean is giving cues on form. He will let us know how much longer we have to hold the pose which helps me to suck it up and last a little longer.

All good, Dean's a very good teacher/trainer/yogini, but position changes come very fast...

Q wonderful place for men to go and get…

Q wonderful place for men to go and get in line with their enter self , they can become one with their selves and I think this is great 👍. They always have a place for woman and I love that but men somewhere to go just for men to his is a wonderful place and I hope a lot more men find this place it's just awesome. And if you need to talk Sean is there for You men. Great place.

Quality yoga platform for men.

Great yoga platform for men, Dean has great experience and understanding of how the male body works and why us men don't have the same flexibility as woman, Dean goes through every move step by step . Workouts for beginners right through those who are super bendy ( not me ! ) I chose MFY as it's very helpful for us older guys who have picked up a few injuries over the years and want to reclaim a bit of their life back and protect themselves from further problems in the future. The App has a community section which you stay in touch with like minded people, to give you encouragement and keep you motivated, podcasts from Dean with useful info , also if you do need a little help or guidance I've always got a reply . This is a quality app/website particularly for men , it maybe a little more expensive than the traditional yoga app but Dean offers so, so much more and I would recommend MFY to any man out there . Worth the investment 100%.
