Poor quality and unwilling to issue refund for out of stock item
This company is a scam. One of the products I ordered and paid for was out of stock. They kept on sending me emails to try to convince me to get another article instead. When I told them for the third time that I was not interested they said that a refund would take up to SIX months!! I received one of their items and it was of very poor quality. Washed it once and it’s basically not usable. Don’t buy anything from them!
I ordered a suit jacket and dress shirt. The colors were off from the photos and the clothing was of poor quality and didn’t fit even though I ordered my usual size
They played a game with the return by asking me to measure all the clothes and then myself , they then proceeded to email me that my items were delivered but I never put in a claim for that. They were playing games with the returns. I will never order from them again it was a waste of time and money.

Ordered a jacket from Manlytshirt.com. Order # MT289028. They said it was not in stock. They said I could pick another one. I said I would rather get my money refunded. This occurred 2/14/25. This is my last attempt at getting my refund before I begin warning the public of my experience when transacting with MANLYSHIRT
I order a leather jacket and it was poorly designed, paper thick and tried to cancel but they refused. I was able to get my money back from my credit card company.
It is a scam. stay away.
Absolutely stay away from this clothing brand. I recieved a jacket that was cut and tailored nothing like the photo online. I requested a return adhering to their returns policy, as stated on their website, only to be met with emails trying to hassle a refund percentage of the original sum paid. To date no refund has been given and they don't even want their items back, that's how the clothing is!!!!
I ordered their leather jacket sized according to their sizing chart. I received a paper thin jacket that was smaller than the size indicated and had a zipper on the wrong side. I contacted the support email and was unable to send them an email because it kept bouncing back. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge since I could not get in touch with them. They are a SCAM COMPANY. Do not purchase from them.
I never leave reviews but I wanted to make sure I did for this lousy company. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I ordered two “jackets.”
1. Items were delivered over a month late
2. Items were very poor quality and not true to size.
3. Fake customer service “coco” replies to emails to which I only found to be on repeat.
4. They do not issue refunds even after emails saying they would and it was issued. Weeks later I got the same email I initially got weeks before trying to give me 50% off my next purchase!
5. SCAM. DO NOT BUY.
The worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. Two plus weeks and no product. The shipping website they gave me indicates no product. The orders came in somewhat sporadic and haven't received to yet. I keep getting the runaround
Complete and UTTER RIP-OFF!!! Purchased what was listed as a Men’s ‘Jean Jacket’ with brass buttons! Took approximately 6 weeks to finally receive the item only to find out it was no more than a cheaply made glorified denim SHIRT and it did NOT have the brass buttons that the item initially pictured. Not only that but I also learned that the two breast pockets were completely fake!!! Very disappointed! Will not be shopping here again!
