They Scammed Me!

Ordered 3 items, sent only 2. The 2 items that were sent don't look anything like the pictures advertized. They won't even refund the money for the missing item. Total scammers!!!

I agree with the other poor reviews about this company. Their product is trash & poorly made. They try to make you follow them on Facebook in order to receive a refund. I have been waiting for a 70% refund back from this scam of a merchant since 10/2024 and still haven't received it. The 2 jackets I purchased was poorly made. The sleeves too short. The fabric is cheap. Don't buy from manly t-shirt. You will be disappointed like I am. All I'm getting from their customer service reps Lynn & Coco is their bank failed will try again. This has been happening since November 2024. I even paid the $21 postage to send their merchandise back.

A fake company with a fake product and…

A fake company with a fake product and no real customer service. After I received a fake leather jacket, I asked to return the item and get a refund but they started to negotiate it to 65% refund and me keeping the product. After several emails I insisted on refund being processed within 2 weeks time but got no refund and they stopped replying. Don t fall for their fancy picture advertised. They are fake.

Not what I expected. Not quality material nor a good fit. Not as advertised! I'd rather they place the quality into their clothing than their website. False advertisement! Do not buy from this place.. glorified website only!

Absolute scam artists Poor quality products. Refuse to issue refunds or honour returns. Promise replacements that don’t arrive. I genuinely think these guys are a complete scam.

I am a real purchaser of an item on the manlytshirt site. I have received the item I purchased and it took about 1-week and half to arrive from the time of ordering it. I had made the purchase before reading any reviews about this online store so I am nervous about losing money. Here’s my review on the item I purchased. Considering the price, the clothing is not bad as well. I don’t consider this high quality, the price I paid I would say it is about right. The material is actual real leather and the sizing is correct fit. Maybe I got lucky and received an acceptable clothing for the price I paid.

First they promise 24 hour shipping

First they promise 24 hour shipping, don’t mention the two week processing. Second, good luck returning anything. Third Really cheap material, a promised suede coat I bought was pleather and some micro fiber junk. Can’t trust these guys total scam stay away. Edit January 14. Update. Still no return authorization or instructions. Don’t lose your money in these criminals

Edit to me original review now that I received my items.

I can’t give a review on the clothing because I haven’t received anything yet. I can review their customer service and shipping. I placed an order on November 28th and it’s Now December 20th and I haven’t received my order. I’ve sent numerous emails asking what’s going on with my order and shipping and get the same email each time that asks me why I want to cancel my order. I realize now manly shirt is probably a shop in China and they don’t speak English. Like I said I can’t comment on clothing but customer service and shipping are terrible. If you want to receive your in a timely manner don’t use this site to buy from. So I received my items I order today December 24th. The shirts are very nice , great quality and fit true to size. I think if manly shirt had better customer service this could have all been avoided. The shirts are tailor made over seas once you order. If that was communicated from the beginning and people realized it would take 6 weeks to get you order it may help. If you have the time to wait, the clothing is very nice. To be fair the clothes are worth the price and the wait.

So i will give them a decent review. The clothes I received are actually decent. I will say that I don't fully trust them. My situation is that I saw something I really wanted, I ordered. I then checked the reviews on Trustpilot. I was very discouraged from what I found and canceled immediately. I should of checked before I ordered. The only way to cancel is through email. I canceled within minutes of ordering and they didn't respond for days. They say if.you don't cancel with 24 hours there will be a restocking fee. So I get an email about a week after I ordered. They ask why in canceling. I tell them because they have terrible reviews and I don't want to take a chance. They tell me there will be a restocking fee. I'm pissed and argue with them. They send me another email asking why I'm canceling and I tell them again. They totally ignore me and send it anyway. Im pissed and try to dispute it. Meanwhile the stuff arrives and its not bad. So I actually don't mind keeping it. I though it was going to be cheap stuff and it was better than I was expecting. So I dropped the dispute and just kept it because it would be a huge pain to send back. So I'm really annoyed with how they dealt with it. They do have interesting cloths you can't get at other places. The wait is ridiculous. The cloths aren't that bad from what I received. I would say that you're in for what you order. My clothes were true to size for America. I think trying to return or cancel an order will be a nightmare. 11-4-2024 I'm adding another star today. I received another item and I like it. It's true to American size and the look is cool. So I don't want to be too harsh on Manlytshirt. I do think they have some problems. The customer service could be improved but in my case the cloths have all been good. The demon jacket i ordered is more like a thick denim shirt or a shacket but it looks very cool and I'm ok with it. I can't find that look anywhere else. The other stuff I ordered is exactly as I expected. My only issue now is that I ordered a cardigan before my demin "shacket" and I've sent emails and haven't got a response. It's a bit frustrating but I'm confident I'll receive it. I know there's some bad reviews on reddit but I wouldn't say this place is a scam. I think the customer service is difficult. I believe a return would be difficult but the clothes I received have all been true to American size. I don't know if that stands for all their products but they do have cool looking clothes that are hard to find anywhere else. 11-6-2024 They were late to respond on an order. Like a week late. They said they're sending it. So the customer service needs work but the cloths have been good. I do like the styles of the clothes I chose. 11-11-24 So I got the green leopard print cardigan delivered today. I actually really like it. I wish I could add a picture here. I liked it so much I ordered 2 more im different colors. Their customer service isn't great. I do think you're taking a chance here because if you have to return something, it's probably going to be a pain. My biggest issue is the amount of time it takes them to respond. My order was late and there was no tracking. They didn't respond for a fee days when I sent am email. When the did respond it was a short message telling me it's on it way and they will let me know when tracking is available. We'll tracking was never available. I emailed a second time and they responded after a couple days says the exact same thing. Magically it was at my house today. It still says "unfulfilled " on my tracking. I just really like the style and literally no one else has it. Except another Chinese place with the same sort of reviews. In conclusion I would say that you have to decide if it's a risk you want to take. The quality of the stuff I purchased was decent. It was all US sizes for me. I ordered the leopord print cardigans, the camo button down, corduroy shirt, and leopord blue leopard ombre print denim shirt. Its supposed to be a denim jacket but it's more of a thick shirt. It looks like white demin that they printed it on. I still think it looks cool so I don't have a problem with it. I hope this helps someone. I wouldn't say they are a scam. I can see why some people would be unhappy though.

There was no sizes in cms / inches hence I had to guess and place my order under M size (which can very from brand to brand and country to country). This poses the risk of returns / exchange for another size

While the ordering process was smooth, here is where I offer suggestions Shipping: 1) there is no clarity around how long the shipping will take 2) expedited shipments. Offer the purchaser to pay a little more for quicker delivery 3) A lot of your reviews are not positive. I am hoping that is in the past and that you ship quickly

Free shipping? What happened?

I spent 99.80 because of your free shipping, and at checkout, I got charged 14.95 for shipping. Not sure why. Looking forward to the 3 new shirts anyhow.

I am a 238lb body builder this will be my second order still trying figure out my exact fit I have bought a 2xl and an xl in T shirts one is a deep neck T shirt and the other is v neck love the style and fabric of both but I think my next order I will try a large just because I like my v necks to not be loose however they both look awesome with jeans..
