Guys, please refund me the payment for the last two orders which you didn’t send. I tried to contact you but you never replied

Not the best quality lenses.

The contact lenses I ordered are 'knock-offs', they are not true Geo lenses (even branded differently on the containers) and are incredibly uncomfortable. I will be ordering from a different site next time.

Item not delivered.

I'd originally placed my order on 15 July 2024, but almost two months have gone by and I've yet to receive anything. Furthermore, something weird is happening with the tracking, since it is stated that the lenses have been delivered to some sort of letterbox two weeks ago.

I have bought many pairs of contact lenses over the years. This is the first time I was disappointed. One of the lenses was damaged and I did not see it. When I put lenses in my eyes one of them hurt.I took it out and under magnifying glass saw a small piece of plastic sticking out from edge of lens. I could not believe this. Vendor had great communication regarding a particular order (Geo Tri Colour Contact Lens) and their response time was fast. Product came neatly packaged and came in a timely manner. They also have decent prices for contacts lenses and a larger selection as well. Would definitely recommend Maple Lens to anyone who who is looking for contact lenses that are of good value, great quality and service.

Amazing product

They came in on time and in perfect condition. These lenses worked excellent for the Bulma cosplay I did recently. Although I have dark brown eyes, the blue looked amazing!

Not comfortable lenses.

Lenses are not the best in comfort i get red eyes too easily while wearing them for 2 hours and too long delivery and lasted more than 30 days actually was 2 months... I don't think its good enough to spend your money here

Genuine concern for customers satisfaction

Great customer service, any problems I had they worked with me to solve and correct, email responses were prompt and courteous. Great company, will definitely continue doing business with them going forward. Can’t say enough positive things about them.

The lens are cheaper than other popular…

The lens are cheaper than other popular websites such as honeycolor and pinkyparadise; however half of the lens I've received were defective. They were just straight up cloudy. I did a bunch of tests by swapping it from eye to eye, but it was the lens that were defective. This isn't the first time either. On an previous order, there was another defective lens but Maplelens was kind enough to send me a replacement. On this recent order, brands that weren't Geo had the "Geo authentication" sticker on them. And even if I went onto the site on that sticker, it doesn't work. So the authenticity and quality of these lens are questionable. I'll go back to buying from the more reputable sites.
