Excellent
Exellent assistance. I had a small problem with an order, but the problem was quickly solved. Recommend the site, and plan to buy it again.
Awesome Seller
They are a very trustworthy company. There customer service in the best. I would highly recommend then to anyone. Thanks for the great service.
100% trustworthy
I have ordered many times, they used to take about 3 or 4 weeks to receive. sometimes they send me emails saying 1 or 2 products need to be restocked and give me choices like replacing by other items or shipping the available ones while cancelling the unavailable ones. Though once in a while they are not fulfilled as it supposed to be, the seller is 100% trustworthy.
my god
Very good a web site
great customer service!
I've made three separate orders from marcmart.com, however, two of them got lost by USPS somehow...I was sad and worried about my money. But the customer service dealt with this issue very promptly and refund my money. I know it was not the company's mistake either, so I really appreciate their help at this point. 100% trustworthy seller.
