These jackets are made of beautiful fabric. So far, after two washings, they still look beautiful. They are a nice value for the money. It is wonderful to have a wide variety of sizes to fit all of my childcare employees.

Excellent job! They even called me when the lettering was done in red instead of black on one of my labcoats. They asked if I wanted it redone or give me a credit for the kettering if I accepted it. I kept it since it didn't really matter, but it was very nice to be given the choice. I will definately be ordering again from them!

Their website is great, very descriptive of their products and a great variety. Delivery of the item was a tad on the slow side, like 10-12 days but that may be due to the pandemic. I will definitely use Marcusuniforms.com again.
I am sorry
I am sorry, my complaint is not with Marcus uniforms. I made an order recently that Marcus uniforms did not have my items in the warehouse, so my order was sent directly to Cherokee. I placed my order on Wednesday, August 19th, and paid for 2 day shipping in order to ensure having my items prior to the start of my new job on August 24th. It is now September 3rd, and I only ever received 1 out of 5 total items, and the one item did not even arrive within the two day shipping, that I paid for. The one item arrived on August 28th, at 4:50 p.m. I have been ordering uniforms and various other items with Marcus uniforms for well over 10 years and have never had any type of problem ever. If you do not have items in the warehouse, I believe in the future, I would rather be notified and given the choice of just accepting having to wait for a later delivery from the start, or attempting to receive the delivery from the vendor itself, for example, Cherokee. Going from this experience, I will definitely stick with directly dealing with Marcus uniforms, and not the actual vendor! Melissa Romer

I ordered these from Canada as we don’t have scrub tops like these from anywhere I can find.So was quite expensive and came in like 3 weeks. When they arrived they were great quality. And fit to size. I bought all xl And all fit xl however one was a bit on the more fitted side which I don’t like as much. Great costumer service. I will definitely order from here again.

For anything... in the three Customer service I spoke to him especially very rude I would definitely not recommend this company.

Awful service. I paid for 2-day express shipping and my products didn’t arrive until a week later. When I spoke to representatives I was just given excuses, no apology, just a “this is how our company is so deal with it” attitude.

I ordered my product on 6/24/2020, after contacting customer service after finding out from USPS it was lost, it finally arrived on 7/10/2020. It was a badge holder, and when I attached it to my shirt, it broke! I mean it went "SPROING!" and parts flew everywhere! I'm not going to get a refund, as I can't find all the little pieces and my husband already threw away all the packaging. SO WTH! I'm not doing business with this business again. :( the only thing that gets a 10 out of 10 is Betty, the customer service representative that has been so helpful! *Buyer Beware!
