The hats were nice, but the 2 girls that were emailing me back had there stories wrong. One girl said it would be here on Monday when in realty they were even shipped yet. Talked to another girl and she said not sure why the one girl said a date of my delivery. I just know it took very long and customer service didn’t really do anything, yes I insert the virus is the excuse. Not a happy customer at all.

Timely delivery and the correct order. I only wish they sent a confirmation email after your order. I hadn't ordered from them before now so when they took the money out of the account, I was concerned about the process without the confirmation email.
