Not only is the blood panel very comprehensive, but my adviser and doctors was very thorough in ensuring I understand what the results meant. Marek changed my life
Marek changed my life. Not enough space here to tell the full story, but nutshell- I’ve had 6 knee surgeries starting at age 12 (last was 2023). I’ve had a neck fusion and 3 hernia surgeries on the same site (currently no mesh). I am 52yr post-menopausal since 2021. I don’t like drugs but GYN had me on basic HRT for brain fog and night/day sweats. I contacted Marek a year ago to see if they could fine tune anything. GYNs are not Endocrinologists. I’ve always had chicken legs from atrophy and limited ROM. In one year Cameron (my Marek coach) and the doctors at Marek have effectively balanced my hormones. I started bodybuilding and did two shows. Third hernia surgery in late Oct 2025 and I thought my bodybuilding was over. Marek helped me heal quickly and I was able to start bodybuilding again in Feb 2026. Scar is barely visible. My connective tissue went from brittle to soft again. Increased flexibility translated to increased ROM. My knees are better now that I can ever recall. I have a mind muscle connection with my quads that I never dreamed possible. I have been progressively overloading and still haven’t plateaued. My chicken legs are now muscular and defined to the point that my Olympia -level coach said I have great skin and my “glutes are huge”. (A good thing for bodybuilding haha). My upper body has always been well-developed from decades of having to pull myself up because my legs wouldn’t work. Now, at 52, I have a physique so balanced that I can be competitive on the stage. Call it voodoo. Call it magic. Science, perhaps. But Marek has helped me achieve results far beyond what I thought was possible.

The best investment in your health
Can't recommend Cameron enough. He's been helping me with my injury recovery + health optimization for the last two years and I'm always impressed by how he goes above and beyond to make sure I'm on the correct protocol. High Recommend!
Christian Ward has helped me immensely in my sports performance, health, and overall wellbeing. He’s made lifestyle recommendations that I still have in place today. Christian is extremely knowledgeable and can help anyone with any goal. Christian and Marek have helped bring me down 12lbs of body fat while improving strength and endurance performance all while working graveyards as a first responder. 405 Zercher Squat, 315+ Bench Press, 45 minute rucks with 45 lbs, feeling good while working at 3AM. Highly recommend Christian and Marek to anyone that fits the bill.

Life Changer!
Working with Marek genuinely has been life changing for me. I was recommended to Marek by a friend and I couldn’t be happier that I took the leap. So many things that I was chalking up being natural or just things that happened over time weren’t actually that and were things I could improve. I was feeling lethargic at the gym and at home. No matter what I tried I couldn't lose any weight without being super strict on counting macros which over the long haul was becoming more and more unsustainable.
My coach, Rebecca Braden, has been instrumental in helping me improve on just about everything I could've imagined. She listens to any feedback I give and is able to answer all the questions I have. She doesn't push any protocol on me but rather lays out the options I have as well as the honest pros / cons. It's nice to have a coach give honest answers and have someone I can ask health questions and feel like I'm getting a genuine response rather than a cookie cutter answer. I'm coming up on 1 year with Marek and I can genuinely say it's one of the best decisions I've made. I'm feeling better at the gym, feeling like I have more energy throughout the day, and I've been able to lose weight while being less strict about what foods I eat. Overall an amazing experience so far and I can't wait to see what comes next!

Extremely average care
Extremely average care. Your care provider will reach out every 6 months (or forget sometimes) you’ll go over the bloodwork and send you on your way. Repeat the cycle every 6 months unless you want to buy some sort of supplementation they you can buy it from them. I don’t really see a huge benefit to working with marek, care provider recommendations are extremely general. Literally just a place to get bloodwork done so you’re allowed to buy supplements from them. Not personal or specific to you at all. Overpriced as well can get the same supplements from the same pharmacies from other websites

Marek flagged my previous review for removal despite it being my honest experience and opinion.
Disclaimer: I was a paying customer of this company and this is my true and honest opinion of this company.
I paid for guided optimization and was told beforehand that my recent bloodwork (that I did myself through marek) would suffice and save me money. I had a very specific concern I wanted to attempt to optimize better after reading articles from Derek, one of the faces of the company, addressing my exact issue.
However, I was later told my recent labs (2 weeks old) would not be satisfactory and I would need 400 dollars worth of new labs, most of which were repeat. There was talk of lots of different supplements for all of my lab values, most of which I already take such as zinc, vitamin D, creatine, etc.
I would be weary of any company that seeks to take down critical reviews. I encourage others to search for real experiences on Reddit and you will gain a more accurate picture

I tried another company similar to Marek for over 2 years and this company is DAY AND NIGHT different than them. My Health coach Elijah Kim is absolutely phenomenal. paid for a guided consultation for one specific purpose, but the company wants to harp on every detail of the labwork. wants you to order 4-500 dollars worth of bloodwork and then talk about supplements like d3 and zinc that i'm already taking. basically flushed 300 bucks down the toilet. either go to a real doctor or a different optimization company that doesnt have a clear agenda to push as many supplements and unnecessary labs as possible
it is my opinion that a lot of the positive reviews here seem AI generated. Marek tried flagging this review for defamation even though it is my honest opinion. I was told my recent labwork would "save me money" since we wouldn't need additional labs.....this wasn't true.

The Best Investment I've Made in My Health
I've been working with Marek Health since the winter of 2024, and honestly it's been one of the few health-related decisions I've made that has actually delivered on what it promised. My coach, Josh Hidock, has been fantastic to work with—he takes the time to explain what's going on, answers my endless questions, and helps me focus on the things that will actually move the needle instead of chasing trends or shortcuts. I feel like I'm doing it "right" with…
I feel like I'm doing it "right" with the help of the pros at Marek, especially Sam Farrington. I've completed many preps in my life for a competition. But the assistance and info from Marek on this one gives me more confidence toward success as well as staying healthy. Most medications can be successful in helping one to your goal, but there are usually risks as well. Marek is helping me through those decisions, and I have confidence in them as a partner.
