Honestly can't say enough good things about Marek, especially Josh Smith! Because of his guidance I have lost about 40 pounds and even been able to get off medication I never thought I would. Another great thing about Marek is that they don't just push medication - they look at everything and most times a supplement or change in diet can fix what's wrong.
Working with Ryan has been an incredible experience. His guidance, support, and dedication have played a major role in helping me accomplish my goals. I find it impossible to believe all of the positive reviews. If you are taking the time to research Marek, stop and just read the negative reviews first. You can never be sure the positive reviews aren't paid or shills, but you know the negative ones are real and all of the negative reviews, including mine share identical issues. What Marek doesn't tell you in their media blitzes or anywhere on their website is that if you do not buy Peptides, Testosterone or supplements through Marek, you will not get any guidance or suggestions. They don't tell you this until AFTER you pay $300 for intake fees and AFTER you pay $600 MINIMUM for bloodwork. Some people have paid up to $1700 to get an a la carte panel of blood tests. $250 every 6 months required. In one year you are easily over $1000 before any meds. You have low Testosterone? Great, you need to buy your T through Marek for 10x the cost you can pay anywhere else or you will not get guidance. Same for vitamin D or DHEA or anything else. They suggested SS-31 for me. Online its $70 from everyone, through Marek its $1100! Mots-C online is $85, through Marek $1200. DHEA supplement online is $10, through Marek its $225. Get the idea? When I suggested that I buy these 3 supplements online for $165 they told me if I didn't buy them through Marek for $2525 (literally 15x the cost) they could no longer advise me. My health coach told me "Marek Health ultimately cannot advise you on prescriptions, peptides, and supplements obtained elsewhere and we require our own in-house labs for ongoing Guided Optimization." "Wishing you the best moving forward". I am a 58 year old successful businessman. I say this because I can afford to pay "anything" to maintain my health and wellness. But, I didn't get wealthy by wasting money and overpaying for anything. Unless you are a complete fool, there is no reason to pay this type of premium for supplements and peptides. I found it insulting and offensive to be asked to pay this type of multiple. I wouldn't pay $50 for someone to pump a gallon of gas in my car so I surely wouldn't pay 20x the price for Vitamin D or DHEA I can buy on Amazon or CVS for $10. Be smart, I hope this review saved even one person from this shady business charging excessively for blood tests, scripted guidance and bloated rebranded supplements.

Truly a life changing experience. While most of the medical establishment likes to treat illnesses Marek's testing prevents and reverses. Many of thier offerings seemingly reverse aging. As a 47 yo male my gym recoveries feel much closer to when I was 18. The coaching is amazing and very taylored. There is no cookie cutter responses. Cameron (coach) really takes a personal interest and goes above and beyond to achieve goals. I have recommended this to 100s of colleagues and non have shown regret. With all we spend money on nothing is worth investing in more than your health.

Intake processing was a total joke. Good luck ever getting someone to respond to an email over there. The poor communication from the health coach and customer service made me feel like they just wanted to pass me off to someone else. For what they charge, this is not what you want. They were much better 4 years ago. Find someone else.
My husband started with Merrick and it made such a difference in how he felt. We talked about it and made the decision to get me on the program as well. My coach, Rebecca Braden is not only incredibly knowledgeable but she is so much fun to work with. Also , they have a wonderful doctor, Dr.Jennifer Carlson,who is brilliant in working with women and our health. I feel so comfortable with both these ladies,I know I can tell them any issue and they will be so concerned and respectful. Both my husband and myself are 73 and I can truly tell you,I have not felt this good in years. I thought after going through menopause 23 years ago, I had to accept low energy,weight gain and brain fog! But ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I have only been on their program 6 months and who knew ,you could have an active sex life again at 73? 😉 That is certainly a fun side benefit from working with Merik. The most important is, how the brain fog and low energy have almost totally changed to feeling more active. It is expensive,yes, however,how can you put a price on feeling like you are living again rather than waiting to die!!! I can't recommend these folks high enough.
