They have hard to find parts at a reasonable price. I called to check tracking and the lady that answered was very pleasant to help me find out a delivery date. I had missed the email from UPS telling me the date. I have ordered parts over several years and have always been happy with them. Products usually arrive within 2-3 days for me.

I confirmed the parts were in stock and could ship within 24-48 hours. 24 hours later received email that parts would not ship for 3-4 weeks - Super dissapointed!
Hello, Order 2000878050 referenced for the review was for 20 anodes ordered on July 1st. We shipped 8 anodes out of our FL warehouse on July 2nd. These show to have been delivered to you on July 8th at 11:05 am. We shipped 12 anodes out of our MI warehouse on July 2nd and they show to have been delivered to you on July 6th. We could not fulfill all 20 out of one warehouse so we had to ship from these two. Do you have us possibly confused with another company? If not, please let us know. Thank you for your business.
