When you pay for delivery options and…
When you pay for delivery options and expect your package to be delivered at time of delivery and pay extra and not get package but a week later is unacceptable. Wrote company and they stated not our problem

We are sorry that your package is taking longer than expected to be delivered. Our records indicate that you selected and paid for standard UPS ground shipping. I reviewed the email sent from our customer service team and it did not mention anything about this not being our problem. The tracking information shows the package is scheduled to be delivered on Thursday the 23rd. if you do not receive this by the 23rd , please let us know and we will refund the shipping charge. thank you.
