Expensive and custom to a slightly oversized puzzle. 13 1/8 x 39 1/8 puzzle makes it very difficult to find a frame that fits. You provide 1 color option on top of that. Too expensive to return so I threw it in the trash, the thing to do is leave your company a scathing review on Amazon warning people of your business practice

The 1st puzzle I put together was missing 3 pieces. Still have 2 more to put together. We will see.

I purchased 3000 piece puzzle

I purchased 3000 piece puzzle, Let the good times roll. After getting through 90% of the puzzle, i discovered that right down the middle the pieces did not match and was not able to connect them. I called the company and they stated that "This is not a defect it is a seam and it will always be this way". This is unacceptable to state this that they cant produce a quality product. They did offer to send me a 1000 piece puzzle but I declined. Anyone who enjoys puzzles would understand after getting so far in the project to only find out it is not coming together. Hopefully this will let everyone know, dont waste your time in purchasing from a company that just does not care about producing a quality product.

Best accidental finding!!!

So I happened upon this site one day by accident just shopping around for puzzles. I never really liked puzzles before bc I'm not great at them, but then my daddy died unexpectedly on New Years Eve this past year and puzzles were his favorite thing to do. That being said...puzzles now make me feel closer to my daddy so I do them as often as I can. This is my favorite site to buy from bc I like the nostolgic and outdoor puzzles most bc they truly remind me of my childhood.

It wasn't so much the sender messed anything up, but it took 2 and a half weeks to arrive. It went from Muncie to Indianapolis to Columbus to Brooklyn to Queens to Columbus again.

Except for the "Memory Game", all 5 puzzles had bent and broken pieces. I will shop from "Masterpieces", but it will be a while.

Very difficult to put together due to it being just cardboard and no written instructions

It needs written instructions. My disabled son (42) is unable to build it. Useless . Wanted to display it in his room. The pictures are not helpful for the majority of the pieces. Very disappointed in this product.

Your product descriptions don’t give puzzle size. That’s bad cuz I want to frame it upon completion. Bad marketing.

Auburn University Dice

I ordered the Auburn Tiger dice for my husband. He has had the same dice for years. The dice I ordered are not the same weight. Not as nice but very cool with the logo on them.

Some puzzles are good and some are really bad

I purchased 4 puzzles from this website and one was .missing a piece and was not well made. I decided to give them another try and ordered 4 more. Big mistake. The first puzzle I opened had 4 broken pieces. I immediately emailed their customer service and they said they would help me. They said send pictures so I did. Then they said they would help me and I didn't hear from them for 3 days. I emailed them again and asked if they were going to help me. This time they told me to fill out a form on their webpage and they couldn't do much because puzzles are in high demand. I wouldn't buy from this company because their puzzles are not consistent and you might get a good puzzle but you might not.

I bought a puzzle for a 3-year-old. She really loved it and uh, it glowed, just like they promised. Also the delivery time was great.
