Puzzle Board delivered
Ordered one of their puzzle boards I'd seen in stores to be delivered to the house. They happened to have an online sale, and the delivered price was a significant savings. I ordered the board on Monday, and it was delivered to the front porch on Friday. Board was well made and well packaged, arriving in perfect condition.
Wrong pieces
When the brand new, never before opened puzzle was almost complete I had seven pieces left that didn't fit the seven empty spaces. Wish I could have finished the puzzle, and after reading many reviews of similar happenings, not so sure I'd want to make another of this company's puzzles. Other people haven't had any problems, so I guess one would have to take a chance.

First puzzle was missing pieces and had pieces that did not go with the puzzle. Second puzzle was missing two pieces.
Average quality
All went well with the delivery. Puzzle pieces could be better. Pieces with tabs or "males" aren't made the best. We see several already bent before starting puzzle. We think it is due to tabs being so small.

Don’t recommend bought a 12 pack puzzle one was of 500 pieces and it was missing a piece another was a 300 piece and I received two number 7 puzzles didn’t get number 8 this company used to be very reputable not any more

Ordered a 1000 pc. puzzle. It was missing 3 pieces, so I contacted them. Got no reply. My wife bought me another, unbelievably, missing 4 pieces. Then, one came in mail from company after complaint filed. Now have third puzzle, will have to go through 1000 pieces to see if I can get one complete. We scoured the floor for the pieces, both times, the puzzle was never moved from the table. both the first 2 puzzles were missing different pieces, so hopefully I can make one. The first puzzle was thrown out in anger, after all the time spent for nothing. Just want to hang on my wall with the rest of my Eagles stuff. Unprofessional company, run by morons who don't have quality control

Missing puzzle pieces
Once we completed the puzzle, we were missing 3-5 pieces which was a huge disappointment. We were planning on hanging our puzzle in our game room along with other sports related puzzles. I have reached out to Masterpiece regarding the missing pieces and am waiting on their response. Hopefully they will send either a replacement puzzle of the same exact puzzle or at least the necessary missing pieces.
