I like the fact that all the videos stress the understanding of the basics in each chapter, as an adult this makes it easy for me to solve difficult problems without difficulties. Please add electronics too. Thank you for these beautiful courses.
The instructor is amazing
The instructor is amazing. He does a great job of teaching problem solving skills. Step by step instruction on how to do math has made math seem easy for the first time. The ability to pause and play at any point has got to be top 5 benefits in using these courses. I can go on, on how much I've benefitted from this style of learning, so just take my word for it and try it out.
Nobody (really nobody) must despairing of math
I was really afraid of math during my whole life. I learned in school old languages like latin and greek in the eighties of the last century. Now I have to recapitulate (learn) math and sciences for job reasons. If I had teachers like you (at school and university), my live would have gone another way. You`re teaching concepts are convincing and you are so enthusiastic for every detail, everybody (really everybody) can grasp it. The secret is: The access is really step by step, missing no detail from the total beginning. The explanations are so impressive. You understand the learner`s problems on every level (school, university, job!!!!!). My recommendation is 100 %. Thank you Jason.

The best learning experience money can buy
Jason has a way of teaching which doesn't feel patronising, and builds confidence. His teaching is super effective and I think it's because he is genuinely trying to help. He knows people are spending their hard-earned money to learn and it shows in how much effort he puts into his videos. He feels less like a tutor and more like a mentor or friend. After watching enough videos, due to his experience as an engineer, you adopt a problem-solving mindset which can be applied anywhere. This was really valuable to me as I don't have any friends/family who are engineers. After struggling with math, I thought that it was one of those things that you either get it or you don't. However, after finding this website, I realise that I was struggling because I had knowledge gaps. So, I started from Algebra 2 and progressed to Differential equations using this website plus a few textbooks! Thank you so much for your work Jason. I don't think I'd be in university studying engineering if it weren't for your work :D

I am an engineering student and studying math. Jason's lessons are amazing. in all subjects that he teaches he tells you why, our mind is setup to know the why in order to make a connection to the subject. I was wondering why during high school and previous college experience I didn't have a teacher like Jason. I just love the way he explain every topic in math and other subjects. I am not going anywhere else.

Clear explanations
The very clear step by step explanations are very good and extremely helpful. There is no mystery in the explanations where this 'x' or 'y' came from, and now, for the first time in years, I understand math topics which I struggled with since the HighSchool that made me give up on math for good. Now, with MathTutorDvd math is more exciting than ever and I'm so hooked.
